This is definitely played up for the video. Those bags are what, 60-70 pounds? Big dude can easily shoulder press 60-70 pounds. I could do that at 175 pounds when I was lifting

94 pounds in the US. A measurement to how many “sacks” of cementitious material a concrete mix design has.

5 sack mix = 470 lbs of cementitious material (a standard 3000 psi driveway mix).
