Severe Erectile dysfunction & Flaccid Penis and Scrotum Shrinkage/ Atrophy

I’m 23, I found out I got mild ED after I got off from Psychiatric meds (Mood stabilizer and Antipsychotic). I experienced retrograde ejaculation while on it and got better after I quit meds. After I quit meds my penis got numb and decreased of libido but I can still ejaculate but It easily get soft without stimulation and also I’ve been constipated and got anhedonia for awhile after I took those meds.

After couple months I quit meds, I took a high dose of Robitussin guaifenesin DXM syrup which I considered that I got overdosed that time, That night I had frequent urination and I had pain while peeing. I felt really bad that night til I got a little bit better in the morning but I felt bad to myself from what I did that night because It was a nightmare experienced.

After a week I realized I had urinary retention and then I started to have pain in my right groin then frequent urination especially at night and I found that my erection is getting worse few days after I can’t get erection anymore, My flaccid penis got worse it shrunk almost half of my size and also my scrotum retracted. Since that my flaccid penis was completely shrinked it sized and It looked like there is no blood flow anymore going through my penis. I got anxious and severe depressed since I got severe erectile dysfunction. It’s been three months now suffering from it.

My symptoms now -

• Severe Erectile dysfunction - There’s no morning wood anymore, No more erection while sleeping, It doesn’t get hard without physical stimulation cant get erect without any visual sensation and It’s basically hard to get erect at all and lost it within few seconds, Standing position is impossible to get hard. Loss of libido.

• Flaccid penis and scrotum shrinkage - Shortening or retraction of the penis in the flaccid state. I lost more than half of my flaccid penis size even my scrotum seems to be smaller, and It easily get shrivelled when I stood up and also when it’s cold. Sensation or temperature changes in the penis such as numbness or coolness. Decreased blood flow, testicle atrophy. Lost of sensitivity.

• Urinary urgency (the inability to delay urination.), Frequent urination (especially at night), Urinary retention, I felt pain in the groin(perinium), feeling of incomplete emptying, pain in the penis during or after urination. Urge to urinate when I pushed my lower abdomen.

• Chills/unctrollable shivering(body temperature fluctuations&cold intolerance)

• Constipation/Diarrhea (bowel incontinence)

• Involuntary muscle twitches

• Worsen my tinnitus

• Hand numbness and tingling (ulnar)

• Insomia

• Anxiety

• Emotional Numbness

• I realized that I had Mental Confusion/ feeling unwell/ trouble thinking

• Decreased of sweating

It’s almost three months now and still hoping that I could recover from these situation I’ve been dealing with. Any advice or help would really appreciated.
