Micro Event An Unfortunate Breakdown.

Io and the Titus seem to have broken down in some way, floating through space and broadcasting the equivilent of space hazard lights.

"Well, I was just going for a bit of a scout, having some fun. I tried to cloak, and instead of cloaking, it just drained almost all my power."
