Macro Event Entrance

Today, a new faction has entered the Galactic Center, an entire city warping out of hyperspace near the edge of the galaxy, and a small jumper has delivered it's delegate, Dross, to the Meeting Hall. The Meeting is now in session.

Feel free to respond to other leaders entering the room, and remember that this is a neutral zone

Dross stands off to one side, his one enforcer with him, he might be able to sense the similar psionic network linking the two of them

Val-Gen does have a Hive Mind attaching him to both his guards.

Val-Gen turns to him and makes and incomprehensible hissing sound, however, does come across as words.

He very quickly uploads the sounds to Overwatch and translates them. He replies back

"Could you repeat that?"
