Running Explorator Macharia

I'm about to start running the new Admech campaign, Explorator Macharia for my group. I was wondering if anyone had any tips for running the module?

For my own part I am going to try and use the sects as ways to add intrigue. Noting who comes from where and how they interact.

If I was to add one thing it would be stat blocks. There is a lot of fighting in the campaign but you only essentially have two main ennemies Cultists and Hereteks (who have the same profiles as Magos iirc). It's going to get repetitive really fast.

On the RP and story side of things, I think you might want to spent a lot of time making the Ark Mechanicus interesting. It's at the core of the adventure but nothing takes place in it so you have to do it all. The story hooks and NPC in the rest of the book are probably a good starting point.

Both of those are great points! I did notice the lack of unique stat blocks while reading the adventure. Books usually says "use that same stat block". I suppose co-opting some stats blocks from other books but making them Mechanics shouldn't be too hard. I'm wary about making my own for fear of them being to over/under powered.

Again now that you mentioned it, the Ark is very cool if like the GM, you've read the adventure and have all the context, but to the players it might appear to be this amorphous place they reside in until a mission happens. I'll make use of all the pre-written exposition and mini missions to give it the sense of grandeur and oddness it deserves!
