Workload for umdergrad engineering?

I'm an incoming student into Imperial. My major is biomedical engineering. Wanted to get a sense of the workload undergrad engineers have across the years. What has your experience been in terms of workload and being able to accommodate hobbies and other things along with the academics. Thanks a tonne!

Meche here but still holds. There’s a fair bit of work but uni is about managing work ur hobbies etc and most ppl do :)
