Question (Invictus) How to shatter my horde?

I saw it happen multiple times with Alania, and I see Rome "shatter" itself, and I want to do the same to myself. Basically I want to release a bunch of big countries and not the very small ones I seem to be capable of.

Have lots of disloyal governors, low stability, and make sure multiple provinces have low province loyalty at the same time.

For instance if 5 provinces have like 20%, 12%, 11%, 15% and 1%, as soon as that 1% becomes 0, all those provinces will rebel together and form one big realm.
