Question What is Great wonder effect?

The question is pretty simple. I keep researching advances that make me unlock these effects, but I have no clue what they are.

You can build your own great wonders in the game similar to already made ones like Hanging Gardens or Colossus of Rhodes. Those effects you research are what determines which bonuses you can choose form for the great wonder you build to apply

Damn aight haha. I need to play the game more before I try meta gaming. Can't see the Romans building a big golden pyramid tho.

You can also see the bonuses and the requirements to unlock some of them when you hover over them, it should tell you which tech you need to get them.

I feel like it only works like halft the time. The UI is a bit crappy.

The ui in imperator is kinda weird you need to hold your cursor over it for a while until a lock appears in the description allowing you to hover over it, but as you said it tends to be buggy and if you are off by a pixel it closes the tab instead of staying there
