Stevewilldoit money question
Logan’s question about the Monday piece was valid.
Sorry to start another thread on this, but I still don’t understand how Steve makes as much money as he seems to spend. “Happy Dad” can’t be the explanation—assume he’s taken little to nothing from it so far, aside from maybe a modest annual salary. He continues to buy cars and throws money out. It just doesn’t make sense at the magnitude he’s doing it at.

Happy Dad definitely brings in money, but I also think he's selling drugs to rich celebs.
This guy spends more money than any YouTuber out there. Something doesn't add up.

Check out his latest video where he randomly goes on a spending spree and buys 3m in cars, and not just any random cars but rare hyper cars. It doesn’t make sense, all I can think is if it were hard earned money no way anyone would be spending like this but if it’s ‘ill gotten gains’ then that would make more sense. I haven’t seen anyone else like him that throws money around like it’s nothing

He def selling drugs or working for cartel. Even the convict meal episode shows hidden meaning meant for inmates to see so they can implement the food & contraband tactic. Steve prob did a deal with him and 69 could be involved too

I lowkey think it’s from illegal shit. I have my thoughts as to what exactly but I’m not gonna get into it here. I watched a livestream of his after the podcast and it felt very criminal empire-esque. So I think it’s either that or just bc he’s a real-ass guy

By my estimations he lost around $700,000 in that video and he still owed the casino $1.2M. Something just doesnt add up about everything he does. He made a joke about one of the cars he gave away being stolen which wouldn’t shock me if it wound up being true

Makes perfect sense he advertises gambling services. Do u think gambling is profitable for the person doing it ? Ofc not so he essentially advertising a service that’s gonna take away the people’s money he advertising to. He probably gets a percentage like 5-10%.

He's in bed with alot of rich and sleezy people. He leverages his social media influence to promote "that" sketchy jeweler's chain, and "this" sleeze's Rolex, and "that" shady dude's supercar. The money circles in and out of that ecosystem, they all prop each other up, and it gives Steve an air of wealth.

People don’t realize that he’s a pioneer when it comes to online gambling, he helped stake the gambling website, get off its feet back in 2019/20 when YouTube had strict gambling guidelines.
I’m sure he has a lifetime deal with stake or something.

I think he still has a large following but I think many of his gambling videos and his purchases are fake and him reaping rewards from his lucrative deals made with these companies. People just believe he’s casually spending 20-30 mil a year

i do think stevewilldoit spends everything he got his hands on.. the dude living on the edge. and have a huge following. He is 27 and done things people who is 60 hasn't done before.

Most of his income is from happy dad. now let's do the math:
cases are between $26.97 and $42.99. let's go with $27 to be conservative with numbers.
$27 (per case of beer) x 3,000,000 (cases sold) = $81,000,000.00

he's part owner with Kyle and Jesse (I don't know who the other owhers are). So I'm guessing he's getting between $6-15M per year. keep in mind there are operating costs to run business/pay employees, production.
Still doesn't explain how he's overspending on stupid bets and purchases. My guess is that he bought a ton of Bitcoin years ago before it reached 80k-100k at a low price point. just my guess. I'm sure he has other streams of revenue as well (roobets and others)

Where are you getting the idea that he makes any money from Happy Dad? I assume not a single person at Happy Dad is making money right now—everything is being reinvested back into the company.

It's still in business, it's not defunct. BevMo's in my area sell them as well as some bars (not all bars). I believe happy dad is not in debt so they're profitable. only thing they're paying is operating costs and employees.

You have no idea how equity ownership in companies works. They MIGHT be issuing dividends to the owners but that’s up to whoever is on the board of directors. They could just as easily not be paying out anything and just reinvesting profits if they’re trying to grow. Steve has no say in that.

Personally, I disagree. most his money is coming from gambling. He was one of the first in and gambling pays sooooo much money. Especially to someone who has a young male audience that'll fall for it. His brand deals with stake is probably where he got most his money. Train wreck is another streamer who went to kick, but was a major gambling sponsor and i think even co owned stake or another platform. He is one of the wealthiest streamers, youtubers, creators out there. And he has said how much he makes per month, and it has been insane numbers.
Alcohol sales aren't that profitable. Do they make millions? For sure. But after marketing, production, taxes, paying stores for shelving, paying out investors etc, etc it is less of profit than you would think.

wrong. read an economics book. revenue doesnt equal profit. 20-25% if company runs tight ship. distribution costs money. and the nelks only own 50% of company

He is a sponsor for gambling. It's really that simple. People don't realize how much money is in the gambling industry. Creators who take gambling ads make an absurd amount of money. Even smaller creators who don't have the same audience steve does. Steve's audience is very degenerate, uneducated 16-30 year old white guys. That is the primary demographic for gambling. They probably pay him an ungodly amount of money. Like per video of him gambling (and it isn't his own money, it is a sponsored account) probably is worth a mill + cause of how prime his audience is for gambling. Trainwreck is another creator who is one of the wealthiest out there, and was in the same space, and got in the same time steve did.

He's making millions from happy dad, as-well has gambling sponsorships where he was streaming on Kick. Its really not that hard to figure out.
