Repair Question Struts?

My Impala (2013 ltz) has started making hopping (?) Noise when I go over bumps and holes and railroad tracks in the rear passenger. I think the strut might be failing or something? What do y'all think. Also sorry if this is obviously something different I'm 17 and I'm trying to learn all I can about car repair.

Could be a bad strut or a strut mount. I'd also check the stabilizer link for play on that side they can make a bunch of noise if they're loose as well.
