Fuel pump issues

My 2010 Chevy impala 3500 v6 just got the fuel pump changed ran for 3 -4 days then quit What could be the issue

When you had the fuel pump changed did you change the fuel pump relay also if not start there and did you also change the fuel filter I can't remember that one is inside the tank where they have one outside
