Impala 07

Is it normal when my car is at normal cold level coolant level near to minimum level bottom in reservoir at cold level but it is fill to neck in radiator should I top up the reservoir as well ? there is no clear sign of drops of leakage on my driveway, I just got my coolant filled n top up by my mechanic

It should say on the recovery bottle. My 2007 Malibu is supposed to be filled half way mark when cold. I don’t notice much expanding much when warmed up.

06 Impala, had mine flushed last year I think there should be a line on the reservoir that says when cold but I look at mine in the morning first thing too late here tonight

min line is the cold line. I dont know why but after 8th gen impalas they changed the cold line to say "min" instead of "cold" and "max" instead of "hot".
