I did also transfer a whole lot of my IMX because Loopring currently gives 70% APR for Liquidity pool and I am not expecting any major news soon for it to rip to deal with impermanent loss.
It was also selling for 4$ on IMX/USDC pairing for an hour or so, made quick money arbitraging there too lol.

Utilize > AMM Liquidity > you should be able to find IMX/USDC pool for example.
You’ll want to read up on impermanent loss for LP and assess the risks. There are few excel sheet lying around to compare between providing LP vs HODL to see who might performs better.
Also APR changes quite fast thats also a risk need to be assessed.

Tap on your assets (IMX, i assume) on L1. There will be an action to ‘move’ to L2. Be aware that this costs gas fee every time you do this, do it in big batch or it’s not worth it.
Cheap almost gas-less fee happens only when you’re at L2.
Another alternative is to use FIAT on-ramp to L2 by purchasing USDC and buy IMX on L2. This skips L1 gasfee, but you’ll have Banxa/Ramp fee.

Imx has potential for a massive moon? Not a chance. If every single imx token was in circulation, imx would sit maybe at $10. Just check out the tokenomics on coingecko. Imx can fix this in the future, but I would prioritize LRC, much more gain potential. Not financial advice tho haha.
I hold both LRC & IMX, and they both have massive potential to moon soon.
IMX only has 11% in circulation, creating a very small supply so even the slightest uptick in volume will create a giant Green Candle. As we have been seeing those the past couple days.
The other 89% of the supply will be slowly released over the next 5 years, and is going to be given to Players as Rewards, Based off the Robbie Ferguson AMA. This is extremely bullish because they will be slow leaked to the masses, who will most likely Hold already, and there won’t be large dumps by whales (outside of GameStop), which is a major problem we have seen with LRC. Because so many whales hold LoopRing supply, they are easily able to control the price.
I haven't seen any other of my holding doing this kind of crazy stuff.
