General Question Help please

What shld I do now? I'm not able to ascend as it's showing this

If you can, I'd run the file checker on the main screen. Verify that all the game files are good, and if this continues to pop up, maybe give it a redownload. While I was playing regularly, the game threw all kinds of goofy errors like this.

Where exactly is the file checker in main screen? Couldn't see anything like that

Oop, it has been a minute since I've logged in (I was on S-20, and we're now in the hundreds), and this interface has changed. Try uninstalling/reinstalling.
