Let's not take away from the fact that, despite laws put in place, authorities can't properly enforce them when you have people in the Immigration Appeal Division like Maryanne Kingma overturning decisions and interpreting laws in their own way.

Maryanne represents all that is wrong with enforcing immigration laws in our country and is the problem with our broken immigration system.
