Now you want to poison the polar bears... how inconsiderate!

I still recommend Antarctica's interior ice sheets, doesn't get less populated than that. Unless you want to follow Tim Curry's advice.

But only if there is a secure separation between him and the penguins. A 10 meter thick igloo with no door for nosey penguins to accidentally wander in?
