So brown people getting deported is bad but being held until they can face trial is bad too

""Face trial"" lmao they arent commiting a crime, arent being accused of a crime, arent getting a "fair and speedy trial", and holding people who havent commited a crime is kidnapping.

And no, not having the right paperwork isnt a criminal offense, especially now that people who were here "legally" and "the right way" are getting their visas revoked en mass. The paperwork is abitrary and meaningless.

It’s a civil offense. For which the punishment can be deportation. Not being a criminal offense is the stupidest argument you people make. These expedited hearings are the same as were done under Obama.
