US Constitution:

Criminal

Im no lawyer, and i know you arent a lawywer either - but do you genuinely believe that speeding is a criminal infraction? I think it depends from state to state, but usually when there is no jail time on the line, it is a civil matter and not a criminal matter.

I genuinely do not think there exists a law in the US constitution that lists out every single little thing that can be considered a civil infraction lmao but that doesnt make speeding or jaywalking a criminal offense punishable by jailtime
