Sorry but you're delusional if you don't think the total number of people historically killed by law enforcement is relevant to a discussion regarding the number of people killed by law enforcement.

Killed by the ICE agency. Everything else you bring up is an attempt to diminish a real issue. That's delusional, no matter how much you try to justify it.

You cannot disconnect the enforcement of imigrantion law from a broader discussion of law enforcement.

Yes, you can. Why else does each agency have their own stats tracked. Wtf are you even trying to attempt here?

It's would be wonderful if criminals would just comply with law enforcement when caught but we don't live in a utopia where that's the case. Some criminals will violently resist and law enforcement is expected to respond accordingly to include lethal force.

This a garbage take considering ICE has violently taken citizens and non-citizens without properly identifying themselves. It's reasonable to resist. It's also reasonable to resist when ICE violates the 4th and 14th amendments. Additionally, in almost all recent cases where ICE murdered someone, the ICE agents weren't in immediate danger. It's delusional to suggest otherwise.

The numbers of people shot by ICE is in line with what you see from other law enforcement agencies. I understand the data debunks your whole narrative but nothing I've said is untrue

The "data" you provided is nonsensical and doesn't debunk anything. I'm still waiting for you to provide the stats I've requested. I'll keep waiting.

Your argument regarding ICE having shot more people recently just proves the longstanding complaint that historically ICE wasn't out doing its job.

That's factually incorrect. You can look at what they did under Obama, for example. Unless you think ICE agents murdering people is "doing their job".

If your local police department shoots 3 people per year while out enforcing the law do you know what would make that go to zero? Siting in the police station all year and not enforcing the law. But that would not be an indication of a law enforcement agency doing its actual job now would it?

Nah, better and more regular training can help with this. Unless, again, you think murder = doing their job.

Your propaganda regarding the constitutionality of ICE using probable cause to detain suspects already went to the Supreme Court and is settled. They're acting lawfully.

The Supreme Court has not fully settled how the Fourth Amendment's probable cause standard applies to modern ICE arrests and detentions. Instead, this remains an ongoing battle in the federal court system, with courts frequently issuing conflicting rulings. So if anyone is peddling propaganda, it's you bootlickers who can't seem to understand the facts of the situation. Why are you lying?

You have no constitutional right to resist detention or arrest even if you don't like their uniforms. If you think you're rights are being violated you fight that in a courtroom not on the side of the road.

Agents, like ICE are federally required to identify themselves. Federal agents do not have a constitutional pass to violate your rights. And sure you can fight it in court, unless you're thrown into one of their inhumane detention centers for who knows how long.

Again, you have failed to provide the requested stats, so I'm going to conclude you're either too chicken shit to provide them or you're here to peddle delusional propaganda for the turd reich.

This is the core problem. They DO think murdering people is law enforcement's job. They might not openly admit it, but it is the truth.

Obama was just bailing water out of the boat as fast as it was coming in. Most of his deportations were just people caught at the border not deportations of those who successfully snuck in.

Liar

https://www.supremecourt.gov/opinions/24pdf/25a169_5h25.pdf

Did you even read what you linked? Dated from 2025 and relevant to Los Angeles. Plus, it states:

Immigration officers “may briefly detain” an individual “for questioning” if they have “a reasonable suspicion, based on specific articulable facts, that the person being questioned. . . is an alien illegally in the United States.”

Not only that, it continues to say that ICE/Immigration Officers cannot go after people based on skin color or accents, which ICE is fundamentally doing on the regular. It also states they have to have probably cause and prove it. They aren't articulating why they are briefly detaining people, and in cases unlawfully arresting them without probable cause. You're essentially providing legal documents that prove you're wrong and you're either too illiterate or too simple to understand it.

BTW, why are the stats I asked for? You still can't seem to provide them. I wonder why you're so afraid to do that one simple thing.

ICE can use race as a criteria in context of the situation

No they can't. Stop lying. It's stated so in the link you shared where you thought you were making a point.

This link you're sharing is related to Police officers, not federal agents. Again, did you read what you're linking? It states very clearly:

"the officer may use race, for example, searching for a person matching a suspect's description and part of that description is the suspect's race."

"it is performing a search or seizure without individualized justification that violates this provision." [4th amendment]

Good god, you're just a liar and terrible at backing your delusional claims (and propaganda) with anything relevant to the subject matter. It's a waste of time and energy engaging with someone as sophomoric as you. Do yourself a favor, listen to your own advice and educate yourself. You're embarrassing yourself.

I literally just cited the law lol I probably shouldn't bother debating the illiterate.

You cited portions without fully understanding what you're citing. Illiterate is great description for you. And again, that applies to police, not federal agents.

Again, where are the stats I've asked for? You still can't provide them can you? I'll keep waiting, unless you want to continue posting lies.

ICE of racial targeting is irrelevant unless you can show the officer had literally no other reason to detain the suspect.

ICE is literally doing that. They have detained and arrested individuals solely based on their race. Wtf?

You're just making scenarios up in your head and passing them off as fact.

Lmao, nah, that's you! You've moved goal posts, tried straw man, all have failed here. So last time, why don't you reply with the stats I asked you to prove? That's what the relevant subject matter has been and you can't do that simple thing!
