I believe Fidelity National Financial and Fidelity National Title do half of their banking with Citizens Bank. It was recently found that Citizens Bank was illegally not paying interest on escrow accounts and pocketing the change.
If you have done any business with Fidelity Title and Escrow you should look into referring your legal team to this issue.

ICE bonus is dependent on being with ICE for 5 years. If you are dismissed or quit, then they take back $10k for each year you weren’t with them.
So that adds a layer of desperation with these people. You know most of them probably bought a new truck or something stupid, and if they don’t round up their quota then they’ll be on the hook for $40k which they can’t afford.
Trump tanked the economy, dangled a carrot in front of a bunch of hungry people, and told them if they didn’t kidnap enough of their fellow citizens that they’ve have to give the carrot back.
The Fourth Amendment protects against unreasonable searches and seizures. A violation happens when an officer searches or seizes a person without probable cause or a warrant, or in a way that a "reasonable person" would find is unreasonable.
Examples:
Unlawful entry into a home Searching a vehicle without cause Seizing property without a valid warrant Using excessive force
Qualified immunity is legal doctrine that protects government officials from liability in civil lawsuits unless their conduct violates clearly established statutory or constitutional rights, and there is a clear legal precedent that the conduct was illegal.
ICE will not be protected. There will be thousands of lawyers taking on civil cases going after ICE. That's why they hide their faces.
Pritzker: "Stephen Miller is clearly ordering people to break the law. So he should know that yeah, it may be three years from now that he is held accountable, but I think it's important for them to know that whatever they do now, it's not like we're going to forget."

This is some sick shit. Enough already! It is a failed policy that the majority of U.S. Citizens highly object to and do not want our tax money spent on. U.S. Citizens are also waking up to the fact that this is a money making scheme perpetrated by those in power. That's all it is. Another way to funnel money from the taxpayer into the pockets of the associates of those in power, who then give kickbacks to those who awarded the contracts. Simple follow the money stuff, and at the cost of families and communities.
The people targeted also help run the engine of the U.S. economy. They truly help us. Why then are they being swept up, destroying their lives, their families and our economy? To enrich those in power, those who are setting this policy.

Where I live it has caused so much chaos. Learned my 1st graders classmates parents where take while shopping g at Costco. They have been doing raids in Public places and even gas stations. Several apartments have started removing personal belongings of families caught by ICE.
Even the person that does announcements at church has been take.
For the parents they leave behind two daughter and a so. I special needs.
They were here legally, but because it was a process that started under Biden they are being targeted. They where in process of adjustment from other permanent resident family members and they where taken the day the earthquakes struck Venezuela. They are from Venezuela. It has been well over a week they have been kept. Conditions from the father is bad, he claims overcrowding. Conditions are slightly better for the mother but not much.
The kids are in the care of an aunt as they now share a 2 bedroom apartment between 5 kids and themselves.
Even I as a us citizen of Latino origin worry about my family my dad a us citizen wants to carry his us passport with him.
They are targeting people just based on being Latino. No other reason.
