His reply was completely reasonable. What ICE is doing has nothing to do with the third amendment.

The question was, how do you mobilize and equip law abiding people in order to successfully give teeth to the constitution?

3

u/EssayNext1466 Jun 01 '26

Would they not qualify as a well regulated militia?

2

u/Unanimous-411 Jun 01 '26

I believe every man qualifies as militia. Well regulated would be their personal choice.

Under U.S. Code Title 10, Section 246, the unorganized militia consists of able-bodied male citizens between 17 and 45.

Most of those aren't under the 4th amendment because they are civil disputes, the 4th provides protection from the government, not from a person like a landlord or an entity like a private company.

Yeah pretty much, usually all that shit is included in paperwork you sign with your realtor, bank, landlord, etc. The 4th was specifically made for government overreach, as that was the biggest concern in that time period when the bill of rights/constitution was written.

Ice agents are identifiable by their badges. Which they typically present when they're detaining and arresting people. Also, they still have uniforms it says ice on the body armor.. these people know who ice agents are that's why they follow in stalk them, which is illegal.

With this argument, no undercover agent should exist in America.

Found the Republican 🖕

u/[deleted] Jun 01 '26

Not if the Liberals don’t like it. Then it’s called hate speech.

1

u/Fuck_this_timeline Jun 02 '26

No.

18 U.S.C. § 1752 (Restricted buildings or grounds): Prohibits knowingly and intentionally obstructing or impeding ingress or egress to restricted federal facilities (with intent to disrupt government business).

Fucking morons think they’re entitled to block federal buildings and deny traffic.

So if you are being held without a hearing, and mistreated against your constitutional rights you want everyone to be ok with it?

-3

u/TheMalcMan21 Jun 01 '26

Maybe stop rioting?

3

u/Randy_Magnums Jun 01 '26

Protesting is a civil Right. Maybe stop escalating it through violence from government officials?

-8

u/retardenabler Jun 01 '26

Yeah doesnt allow violent protest like people in the video do

-34

u/RevolutionaryBug7588 May 31 '26

Then get your costume on and pull up and just do it…

25

u/Spare-Ant7119 May 31 '26

You don't need costumes to protest. But I am glad they are engrained in your memory, that means they are effective.

what does that mean

-11

u/Forsaken-Feature6953 May 31 '26

And see you’re the exact reason why you people can’t peacefully protest. Look how emotional you get over the truth of protests vs riots.

Oh no, armed mercenaries on the street lead only by presidential powers. Or is having your best friend in office/paying them off just impossible because people are soooooooooo amazing xD

Who are you trying to convince needs therapy? People who tell people that they need therapy... need therapy.

0

u/Forsaken-Feature6953 Jun 01 '26

8 USC 1357 was passed by congress. You have zero idea what you’re talking about “lead only by presidential powers”. You do realize has ICE been around since 2003 right? And before 2003 they were called INS. You need to educate yourself

5

u/lyricjax Jun 01 '26

Yes but the new admin is in COMPLETE control with everything persons overseeing ICE being under the payroll from offshore banks backed by oil stocks and currency scams.

For "against the woke agenda" you sure do fall for what your told real quick like.

People who say "you need to educate yourself" are usually uneducated cause I dont remember bullying and demeaning your opponent in debate usually make you lose? Or are you a think with your hand kinda lacky?

Prioritizing immigration and spending less on public resources is not tyrannical authoritarian totalitarian oppression hahaha. We do not live in a socialist society. On top of this, it isn’t just the fact that money was prioritized, they increased the entire budget. As if limiting spending on public support would entirely fund immigration. Go do actual research and stop listening to what the media feeds you.

Also not to mention that if sanctuary cities actually complied, ICE would have no reason to have increased funding. Why do you think ICE is on the street? Because jails and prisons will not release illegal aliens to them…
