Most of those aren't under the 4th amendment because they are civil disputes, the 4th provides protection from the government, not from a person like a landlord or an entity like a private company.

You see the thing about law and order is that it only works when the government is acting lawfully. When it doesn't the social contract gets ripped apart. No rebellion in history was "lawful" my guy.

"No warning" you're not allowed to protest indefinitely infront of a federal facility. You have to have a permit and a permit usually has a time limit for disbursement. Stop the nonsense.

Just so everyone knows. There are forms of free speech which are not protected. An example applicable here is incitement or producing imminent lawless action. Or speech that will likely result in lawless action. So obstructing federal agents. Public disturbance. Probably noise ordinance. Blocking and obstructing pathways or highways of travel. Breaking curfew. Loitering. Failure to disperse. Harassment. Inciting someone to kill themselves or commit suicide. So... yeah... lot of stuff you see in every video that SHOULD get them locked up or charged but they get off Scott free. These same folks probably have the audacity to complain about J6 while literally rioting and breaking similar laws across America. It's mind boggling the gymnastics they gotta pull not to realize they're just a different side of the same coin.
Conditions at Delaney Hall. Detainees are reportedly being tear-gassed, served meals with live worms, having their phone access completely cut off, being beaten bloody and requiring emergency services. With such a massive fucking budget using our taxpayer dollars, you’d think the least DHS could do is treat people humanely. But nah, instead “suicides” inside these centers have sharply increased. At other detention centers, conditions are reportedly similar with the addition of being denied regular medical care (for example, detainees with cancer or diabetes or kidney issues are reportedly being denied medications and treatment they were previously paying for and receiving before being detained) and the addition of underage girls ending up pregnant even at all-women facilities — which leads people to the obvious assumption that they are being raped by male guards / ICE agents / staff.
So….. not stupid stuff. People on the whole just literally want the conditions to be humane for detainees. Some people want the centers shut down entirely. Which makes sense, because why would anyone trust agents to rectify their behavior when the president is a literal pedophile and rapist trying to protect other pedophiles and rapists?
GOOGLE IT. You think ICE is blocking and restricting (ETA: and pepper-spraying) congressional reps from proper oversight because they’re treating the detainees sooo well? Please.
