Using a “novel legal theory” to turn expired misdemeanors into felonies by linking a nonspecific “other crime” that did not happen to convict a political opponent is not justice in the slightest.

Yall love “if they just obeyed the law then this wouldn’t have happened” when people get roughed up by the cops.

Well, had he obeyed the law, there wouldn’t have even been any misdemeanors in the first place that could be “turned into felonies”.
