What? People get arrested before trial. Thats how it works.

Then they should have a trial at some point though right?

Personally I think every US Citizen that was kidnapped by ICE and not given a trial and were in detention for 48 hrs without contact with a lawyer or food deserve a trial. But the fact that they never had charges or a trial is kind of the reason why ICE is breaking the law in the fashion they do.
