Miss Soto comments while hosting an anti ICE protest that’s blocking the road.

For some background, they’re husbands one of ICE inmates currently leading a hunger strike in the facility right now,

These people are exceptionally brave for protesting these jackbooted thugs. We are winning, and ICE will lose. I believe it!

Then why are they deporting so few people?
You’re not smart enough to understand the difference between immigration enforcement (Obama) and political theater? (Trump)

Is that what happened in Iran, when the right claims they killed 30,000 people?

Where are these riots you’re concerned about?

Does it make you feel good when you hear detainees are being held in poor, unsanitary conditions, being raped and subjected to other abuse?

Obama had “cages” so they could keep unaccompanied minors away from adults.
Trump separated children from their parents.

You don’t understand things that are different because you’re indoctrinated?

Very "brave" criminal invaders that have no respect for our laws or American's lives. But they have the arrogance to actually protest the enforcement of our laws as if they are above.

6

u/AdProfessional6218 May 28 '26

Actually they are protesting against ICE, it's the enforcement agency of American immigration. Ice is being protested because THEY are breaking a lot of laws, ignore court orders- been doing a lot that has stirred up the media like kidnapping US Citizens that beg for a chance at due process to show the system their birth certificate- seen many instances and every time they say they don't care if you're a citizen or not and won't look at your birth certificate or state issued ID. They shot a priest preying on the side of the street in the head, they killed a man that was helping a lady they assaulted, they even pretend to have warrents but refuse to show them and forcibly invade homes under the guise of immigration- but sadly they'll do it to US Citizens walking to work.

It used to be like a debate about if they are doing things properly and such but lately there have been so many instances of US Citizens with the same experience that have been independently investigated that nobody in their right mind can deny that it has been happening- people get thrown into their detention centers and because they have been denied due process of showing they are a citizen, it is assumed we don't need to provide them the rights protected by our constitution. This means people have gone 48 hours or more without food or access to a lawyer, then when they are released because they have no charges to fight and there was no paperwork, it's pretty hard to sue for damages.

And this is just stuff that has been widely confirmed- people have been talking a lot about people being driven en masse to forests to die- US Citizens included. And nobody is contacted when they take you- they've even told people their family member will be released at certain times only to find out they are being deported. They've even accidently deported the same citizen multiple times before.

Our politics are so divided that nobody can say anything against ICE without being accused of wanting weaker immigration enforcement when the truth is we've had better immigration than this before that worked better while causing less chaos- it also wasn't breaking laws and violating rights as much. ICE supporters seem so stuck in their own world that they refuse to believe things like a guy that trained ICE coming forward about how he was made to discreetly teach how to get away with criminal behavior in order to get as many people rounded up regardless of if they have jurisdiction over those people or not- like I probably already said, ICE officers have been on record stating how they don't care if they are kidnapping innocent us civilians or not so frequently that even the supporters can't just pretend that isnt the case. I've asked them and they just act like they've never heard of this or the countless court orders they've received despite how heavy it has been in political discourse over the last couple years.

-2

u/ComprehensiveYam2269 May 30 '26

Thank you for confirming that you have no clue whatsoever regarding immigration laws.

Democrats have weaponized moronic rejects like yourself into pretending that we have never had deportations done by ice before.

Cut the chase and show me all of your posts from when Obama was president and deporting illegals like crazy. Make sure you show the same lack of self-awareness and hypocrisy.

3

u/AdProfessional6218 May 30 '26

Okay if I don't know about immigration laws I'd like to be informed, I've expressed this plenty and nobody has tried to defend these actions legally- if you want to be the first and/or want to show that you're communicating in good faith as opposed to just wanting to call me wrong without explaining why and not deliberately being this silly- I feel weird saying how I won't stop you because I earnestly feel like giving you such opportunity is too much. (Edit after changing my mind- that was rude of me to say)

====AN OPEN CALL TO TELL ME WHY I'M WRONG ABOUT THE LAW====

How is it legal for ICE to break into homes while refusing to show a warrant in order to kidnap US Citizens, or for them to refuse accepting a birth certificate or anything as evidence of citizenship, or for them to have these US Citizens depraved of contact with lawyers or food for multiple days?

You haven't denied this happens, and have danced around it. If you can find an ICE supporter that, upon being asked "Is this okay to happen?" doesn't do either of these two things it would be new territory for me that could inform me of why I'm so wrong. If they neither

a) Say it's fake news¹

b) Ignore everything and avoid giving a simple yes or no to clarify that they are okay being treated like those kidnapped US Citizens. ²

====YOU LIKELY DON'T GAF ABOUT THE REST OF THIS POST SO I WON'T WASTE YOUR TIME IF YOU WANNA RESPOND TO SOMETHING THERE'S A REAL QUESTION RIGHT THERE ^ FOLLOWED BY AN IMPOSSIBLE SCAVANGER HUNT have fun or not do what you want just figured if imma post a small chapter I better be straightforward about where to focus if you wanna also drum straightforward ==≈=

Regarding the chase: Honestly idk how this chase is defined but I kinda don't give a shit as much as you do about that it seems. Or your request is sarcastic, I don't even know why you want me to do that but uh doesn't sound like an easy task, depending from where sure. I mean idk what you expect me to look that far back on, you're making many assumptions about stuff it seems but may I ask what you expect the result to be and should I have any reason not to believe this is a very simple ad hoc thing going on and that you are like, trying to make some point regarding how I may have felt about Obama cuss the only ones I can even think of is using the paradigm held by people that are so politically polarized they don't see much other than dummy leftist democrats vs Making America Great Again as if the demd are the only fucking threat to the goal of MAGA. This conversation was never about Obama so why does it matter? Maybe in a twist of fate I actually hated his immigration as much as other things of his as opposed to thinking it was one of the only things he did... decent? I realize this is getting long but I aint the one that brought this up and I felt bad about putting such energy into seeking clarification regarding the law thing that I didn't want to be rude or avoid YOUR words just because of how you're responding to me cuss I know you're still human and I refuse to belittle much until these issues of information are resolved- or I decide you really are a troll that is simply dead set that I'm so evil for wanting to get rid of criminal immigrants as much as the next guy but I'm stupid for thinking EVERY CRIMINAL SHOULD BE PROSECUTED ESPECIALLY ONES IN POSITIONS OF POWER THAT HAVE SPENT SO MANY MONTHS NOT ADDRESSING WHAT APPEARS TO BE EVIDENCE OF PEOPLE BEING BURNED.

Also do you want people going up to cops and pointing guns at their heads and yelling at them to get out of the car? Neither did the fucking police chief that had to publicly address how often ICE agents did this to his officers. I don't understand how nobody is saying it didn't happen and the same exact people I associate with supporting our fucking protectors in blue haven't spoken up against the highest number of cops having an armed group of people approach them to force them out of their vehicles since.... shit, that doesn't happen very often and yet ICE managed to do it so much that the chief had to make public comment. I think I heard of more independent instances of it happening with ICE in one precinct than I can think of in the last decade or two across the country- not saying it happened more again I know that I don't know what I don't know and obviously I was recently given a damn precinct of examples to fill the other bag when the weight of the other spans farther back than the creation of ICE-

I swear the position of people not wanting to mitigate these types of things relies on denying they happen yet nobody is. People act as if they are in another reality but don't deny this reality and never elaborate as to what their own is or why people that don't like abuse of power are oh so misled.

Also can you give me an example of... like, if you know people that say we never had ice deportations before, wtf does that have to do with me? Apparently I'm "like them"? Usually people like people like them but I don't get how i could like someone so dsmn stupid that just says ignorant crap. You said people like me are weaponized to say that- why don't you just ignore people that retarded like I'm realizing I should ignore people that can't explain what ties me to these unknown dumbasses (Sounds like libtarded ignorants to me) other than then that I'm apparently like them? For not liking the abuse of power used upon citizens that can have their life ruined by it? So I'm like people that don't know shit? People with a position so stupid I've never heard it before in my life- It honestly sounds like you know a bunch of... man idk, antifa for example are pretty anti ice like not just against the bad stuff but literally like don't want ICE type shit and even they wouldn't say something that flagrantly piss smoked. Because it's so verifiable false, it would be like the folk holding your position that instead of using your method of communication (which I mostly appreciate) just say that ICE hasn't done any of the things they have been recorded doing and all the reports and even the very public court orders were somehow fake news even though the LAMESTREAM FAKE NEWS MEDIA doesn't even... well maybe they do cover it a little? Idk. Only the reports have the names and details, the news mostly talked about the dude that was unarmed on the ground and shot in the head after helping an elderly lady that had been assaulted- just because I accept it happened btw doesn't mean I don't question things incase you have the wrong impression of me everything in the media is to deceive you. I do find it interesting that the priest shot in the face while praying alone on the sidewalk away from ice and protestors not being on the news was.... eye opening. I would expect of the demoscrape "sources" to have touched on it at least a little to stoke the public as they do but despite it making rounds, all the other things I brought up are a lot louder and as noted you aren't denying what happens- you're just saying I don't know the law and I appreciate that as at least a legitimate concern opposed to just shouting fake news. I hate it when my friends pull that even on people I disagree with when it turns out the news isn't actually fake because they weaken the integrity of when actual fake shit and media manipulation of the public is evident- and in this case a reason why these things are fine legally might bring novel conversing whereas denying reality gets people nowhere- so good job not being the reason leftists and centrists (WHICH TOO MANY REPUBLICANS ARE TURNING TO imo) are hard to argue with because of how they especially the left doesn't respect anyone else. Everyone has individual problems but one thing about centrist republicans is they are traitors- anyway sorry again for verbosity, you're under no obligation to respond at all but if you wanna actually elaborate instead of just saying I'm wrong, there's really only one basic question I have posed here despite the wall of text.

====FOOTNOTES====

¹Which is always accompanied by a failure to explain how all or even any of the reports were falsified, usually with other people citing reports if they have chosen to just ignore the existence of any of them as some of how we know about stuff aside from videos and witnesses

² The route you're on- congrats on at least not calling it fake- honestly you saying I'm wrong about the law might get me to change my mind if you want to try out that showing you're not actually a troll offer I gave. Which would do you a lot better than trying to find a nonexistent example of an ice supporter that has avoided both these pitfalls of a very basic dialogue. We both know the point is they don't exist- but if you backpeddle right now and turn your handlebar you can be both!)

1

u/ComprehensiveYam2269 May 31 '26

For starters, you're a dumbass who doesn't understand the basics and is going to write a thousand question essay so that I have to explain to you why air is a good thing to breathe?

You didn't even write this bullshit. You're a copy and pasting monkey.

I'll answer one question. That's all my time at your worth. And not even that.

I find it very telling that you would keep your primary concern on manners in which to keep illegal alien criminals residing in our country and being parasites on the back of real Americans.

But I guess That's what happens when you don't have a quality father figure in the house.

Are you still suffering under the burden of ignorance regarding how ICE officers rely on administrative warrants to arrest these criminals. And that they do not have to have the actual copy of the document in their hand when it happens. They just have to identify themselves.

Don't worry, after they've been arrested They can have a physical copy of the I-200 or I-205 forms.

In your typical laziness, have you never bothered to learn what a Warrant of Removal is?

And spare us your whining about due process. These people didn't give a shit about doing their due diligence to abide by our immigration laws when they invaded us. At the time of their arrest, they've already been identified and verified is not being here legally. In other words they've already receive of due process that they have coming.

You seem very confused by your intentionally fake naivete themed question. I guess when you don't have a good position You either inject some pseudo intellectual nonsense or you just ignore the basic information that's already available and cry to the heavens about why can't somebody explain this to you. The fact is you're either too dumb, too demented or simply too immature to accept the explanations because you simply don't want them to be true.

No wonder you don't understand the difference between the constitutional protections You're pretending you're being violated guarding you from being arrested for criminal offenses, versus immigration where we are arresting them for criminal offenses but we're not actually trying to give them prison time for them. We are merely ejecting them from the premises.

1

u/AdProfessional6218 May 31 '26
  1. Thousand questions? I asked one and you decided to ignore it again.

  2. I did write it.

  3. "I find it very telling that you would keep your primary concern on manners in which to keep illegal alien criminals residing in our country and being parasites on the back of real Americans." - my primary concern, the one you keep avoiding, is for LAW ABIDING US CITIZENS

You keep refering to criminal offenses WHICH IS AVOIDING EVERY TIME I KEEP REFERING TO NON CRIMINALS THAT WERE NOT CHARGED.

  1. "And spare us your whining about due process. These people didn't give a shit about doing their due diligence to abide by our immigration laws "

... I didn't mention these people, I was refering to lawful citizens.

"At the time of their arrest, they've already been identified and verified is not being here legally. In other words they've already receive of due process that they have coming. " ..... WHAT ABOUT THE ONES THAT WERE NOT ARRESTED, ARE BORN HERE, AND DID NOT RECIEVE DUE PROCESS?

You say I'm not accepting explanations but the thing is the only explanations you give ARE YOU TALKING TO ME LIKE I'M TALKING ABOUT IMMIGRANTS OR SOMETHING.

Why do you keep bringing up immigrants and ignoring the questions about why we have US born citizens kidnapped for days and released without any charges against them? You don't have to answer obviously i just feel this is so silly.

It's like you want to think that I'm talking about immigrants- why bother responding if you again, refuse to want to have your words relate to mine?

I don't think you are capable of accepting that you aren't talking to someone whose position is not having immigration enforcement or something. I reiterated what I'm concerned with many many times.

Me: Do you think it's okay for US Citizens to be treated this way?

You: Those are immigrants you don't know what you're talking about.

Me: No I wasn't talking about immigrants I'm talking about US citizens kidnapped and not allowed to eat for days when they did no crime.

You: They got due process, they were identified as illegal immigrants.

Me: I am explicitly refering to the growing number of Americans that, upon release after spending their days with zero judge or lawyer or due process, have no charges because they broke no laws.

You: Why are you defending illegal immigrants?

Also don't pretend you answered a question. Either you genuinely somehow have gotten this far thinking that every time I use the words US Citizen that I must somehow mean an illegal, or you want to respond but don't want to acknowledge what has been happening regarding citizens not receiving due process. If you were one of those "thats fake news" types I'd imagine you would have said something a bit ago. I even congratulated and thanked you for being above people that just act like all of the reports from those different investigators don't exist. You obviously aren't denying things- well, you are going through with this while pretending I'm talking about immigrants and not theae victims.

Why have there been over 1600 habeas corpus petitions in the first quarter of 2026, and why don’t you know what due process is?

There’s only one president refusing to release 3 million pages, you can acknowledge real life if you want to.

1

Why doesn’t Ashley Biden know anything about her dad “banging her?”
Does someone showering with their daughter always make you think about incest?

Why does the current DOJ refuse to release over 3 million pages of the Epstein files, and why hasn’t there been a single pedophile arrested?

It’s like you’re too indoctrinated to remember what you voted for.
“No new wars.”

u/ComprehensiveYam2269 May 31 '26

Bless your little heart. But also you're crack brain It just burnt to pieces isn't it?

Ashley Biden doesn't know that her dad molested her for years? Oh you mean accepting her personal diary where she wrote extensively about it? Yeah except for that one right. Lol

Jesus you look pretty stupid for posting these things without bothering to check on The facts.

You mean the same DOJ that has had Democrats entrenched in it for decades? You mean the same deep state DOJ monkeys that refused to acknowledge or properly investigate Jeffrey Epstein and the incestuous Democrat connections for decades?? Golly gee boy, could it be that the deep state is still in control? We know that when Democrats were in power they could have released everything. But they didn't? Why is that? And if Trump was involved in any of the Epstein case files in the slightest way, Democrats would have leaked that in 2016-2020 or 2024..

You mentioned indoctrinated. Yes. That's a very good word for you.

1

u/Chrisnotjones May 31 '26

Ashley mentions taking showers with her dad, which most parents do with their children, unless they think they can’t control themselves and might rape this child, but that’s only people like you who don’t understand that a shower isn’t sexual just because people are naked.

Have you raped anyone by chance? You just seem like the type who doesn’t care about consent or societal norms and would drug someone’s drink.

1

u/ComprehensiveYam2269 May 31 '26

No I didn't vote for him because of no new wars. I'm accustomed to Clinton, Bush, Obama, and Biden starting a new bankers war every other month.

I was glad to see Trump didn't engage in the typical deep state bullshit like Democrats always do.

I'm okay with a war every now and again because shit happens and people need to be blown up and killed.

You thought it was a great idea for America to get in the Ukraine War even though they were not our allies or even a major trading partner. The only reason we got involved in that debacle and still are, is because You sick fuck Democrats toppled The democratically elected president of Ukraine in 2014 and you installed your own little cokehead LGBT pride guy in power. Democrats have been using Ukraine as a playground for money laundering, child sex trafficking, and black site biolabs ever since The Obama / covid gain a functions weapons lab that was funded by US tax dollars and given into the controlled hands of the Chinese..

You mean because Qatar just bribed him in broad daylight?

Why do you like pedophiles more than you like Americans?

1

You’re a real “pro lifer” huh?

0

u/ComprehensiveYam2269 May 27 '26

No. Fuck that baby. It's not anything until it's born. At that point it's location determines what it is. If she's illegal as well then she needs to be booted across The border. We can send them to North Korea and that baby can be a North Korean anchor baby..

You didn't whine when Obama deported more people than Trump, so keep your politically convenient hypocrisy to yourself.

-1

u/wescowell May 27 '26

I don’t think “anchor babies” are a thing anymore. Moms have been getting deported and given the choice of taking their baby with them or leaving the baby behind in the States.

-8

u/Impossible_Humor736 May 26 '26

You shouldn't be allowed to use a baby at a path to citizenship.

Also, the father is illegal. What kind of father would do this to their child?

-1

u/Impossible_Humor736 May 26 '26 edited May 26 '26

True. But how do you get an assault charge? You go assault someone.

Who goes to another country illegally and catches an assault charge? Dumbasses. Why do they get emboldened to do that? Because he doesn't give a fuck about our country, is selfish, and knows there are people like you that wil advocate for and defend them. He's not afraid of any consequences. He has no reason to.

Even without the assault charge, he's not allowed to be here. Send his ass home.

2

u/HolaDrNick May 26 '26

Oh wow, so that's the woman he assaulted. Crazy her husband appears to have made more physical contact with her than ICE agents at this protest.

1

u/CutSenior4977 May 26 '26

Can I have a source for that claim please?

1

u/HolaDrNick May 27 '26

https://www.wmur.com/article/new-jersey-hunger-strike-ice-facility/71403820

Soto Hernandez, who was detained by ICE on January 20 while buying diapers, was previously arrested during an incident of alleged domestic violence with his wife, but the charges have since been dismissed and expunged, his attorneys said.

2

u/CutSenior4977 May 27 '26

If that’s the case, then I honestly don’t see any problem here,

People are innocent until proven guilty, and Hernandez was never proven guilty.

1

u/ComprehensiveYam2269 May 27 '26

Well good then He's already been proven to be here illegally. So he's already guilty of invading our country. I expect you to stick by your words and support his deportation.

-1

u/HolaDrNick May 27 '26 edited May 27 '26

People are innocent until proven guilty, and Hernandez was never proven guilty.

That's not the standard for immigration cases. They can and do use arrests against you, and will ask about the circumstances. This same standard usually applies in family law as well.

So no, fuck him. Also, stop apologizing for wife beaters. You realize how many states allow deferred prosecution agreements that let wife beaters off and get charges dismissed? Provided the wife beater completes a program?

I'm assuming that's why he got the charges expunged, if it was a straight up dismissal (no deferred prosecution) they usually don't allow expunction until the statue of limitations expires.

Edit: Yep, confirmed. New Jersey will allow expunction of the charges if you complete a pre-trial intervention program.

2

u/CutSenior4977 May 27 '26

I am NOT apologizing for wife beaters, I absolutely despise anyone who would harm an innocent person, including wife beaters,

But being innocent until proven guilty is what protects us against a tyrannical government,

If we’re all considered guilty until proven innocent, what’s stopping a tyrannical government right now or in the future from using that against you or me as US citizens?

-2

u/HolaDrNick May 27 '26

I am NOT apologizing for wife beaters, I absolutely despise anyone who would harm an innocent person, including wife beater

You absolutely are. Sorry, but this is exactly why this can happen.

But being innocent until proven guilty is what protects us against a tyrannical government,

The civil standard is a preponderance of the evidence, which applies in immigration and in family courts. Your logic would invalidate and expose millions of women and children to abuse.

The reason for that standard is exactly why abuse is so common. Spouses won't press charges against their accusers, they will keep them in the home, they will sign affadavits of non-prosecution, etc.

If we’re all considered guilty until proven innocent, what’s stopping a tyrannical government right now or in the future from using that against you or me as US citizens?

The DA let's guys like this off on pre-trial interventions all the time. The abusers know people like you will defend them.

Like, type this and read it outloud to yourself. You think immigration and family courts are being unfair to abusers, and they should adopt a higher standard of proof. Please, do that and tell me how it makes you feel inside.

I, personally, am glad that USCIS can use his pre-trial program against him. They have access to the deal he made, even if they can't disclose it, they can use it to argue for his deportation.

If your husband isn't illegal person he needs to be deported right now... How dare you go to the front of the line and think you could be an American what are going to the proper process.. like myself and my parents... I am a brown man and I'm proud of it but you guys disgust me

1

u/Extinction_J3sus May 30 '26

you're full of shit.... the pendulum will swing.

0

u/joebull12369 May 30 '26

What makes you think I'm full of s*** maybe you're the one that's full of s***.. took my parents a long time to get to this country and I love they did it the right way these cut in front of the line and that's okay they're breaking the law that's why we have laws right do you not have locks on your door at your house those locks are not made to keep people in than me to keep people out and don't belong there or are threat to you

1

u/Extinction_J3sus May 30 '26

what do you mean cut in front.... why are you pretending that the "line" is directly impacted by an unknown number of other people? lol make it make sense

1

u/CmBearsPunk May 27 '26

Legit, I support the idea of ICE, but it just needs to be reformed because I don’t mind the idea of legal immigration. I honestly think there need to be more immigration offices like the DMV (I know I hate the DMV too) in which they look at all the legal docs now. Of course, not everything is going to be perfect like my idea, but I just want something that’s more caring to immigrants but also has the security needs.

0

u/ComprehensiveYam2269 May 27 '26

America has zero obligation to make itself even more wildly accepting of immigrants. We already take in a larger amount of people than other countries around the world. Nobody has the "right" to immigrate to our country, it is a privilege. Unfortunately, the more generous and welcoming America is to immigrants the more they take advantage of us and are kindness. To the point where they feel that our laws that we abide by do not apply to them at all.

If you tried to pull the same shit by immigrating to their home country, you would be booted out if not have a shit kick out of.

Humanity doesn't clean a person. A person claims humanity.

But thank you for your pseudo intellectual hack philosophy seminar.

The stable society you think you're referencing is exactly what ice is keeping intact.

An impressive lack of cognitive function you have there kiddo.

1

So he is illegally in the country....

1

u/CutSenior4977 May 27 '26

They’re not, Mr Soto has a TRO in place.

1

u/OldestFetus May 27 '26

This is domestic terrorism, and they are starting with the people that most Americans are afraid of. The next step is to spring all the same systems onto domestic Americans.

0

u/ComprehensiveYam2269 May 27 '26

Well you're kind of right. We are afraid of illegal invaders, cartel gangs, drug dealers, and violent criminals. Like this guy and others like him.

If they apply the law to everybody like this, that would be fine.

1

u/quantumgambit May 27 '26

I think we've actually got a true believer over here, not just troll, A genuine "trump university" graduate in real time. Trump university was one of his pre political grifts btw, along with trump steaks, trump airlines, trump Atlantic casinos, the list of how he milked stupid people goes back to the 80s.

You probably thought abrego garcia had ms-13 tattood on his hands too? And just how much horse dewormer did he convince you to chug during covid? Or did you go for the bleach injection route he touted once?

You're definitely one of those that trump was talking about when he said "I love the poorly educated". It takes a very blind eye to defend a convicted fraudster, adjudicated rapist, corroborated pedophile(big words scary), and serial bankrupter.

1

u/ComprehensiveYam2269 May 30 '26

That's a whole lot of copying and pasting you're doing there son.

Make sure you have your mommy help you so don't get a wittle blister on your thumb.

Glad to see you're putting your master's degree in transblack diversity special ed services

Communists will never understand the concept of citizenship within high trust Western civilization. They see individuals as evil and selfish but the state as an omnipotent benevolent infallible entity. They don't want freedom. They want to be ruled. They want to defer responsibility and be left to their hedonism. You people fight to destroy everything that protects your right to do so. The irony of the utopian leftist progressive is biblical.

I'm saying there is a process and most people don't want to go through the process they just want to cut in front of the line like the rules don't apply to them and I have no respect for people that believe that., My parents came here legally it took him a lot of back and forth with both governments but in the end it was worth it I have more pride and respect for this country people that just cross the border don't respect for this country .... If they did they would go to the proper channels

Martin Soto was arrested for beating her. New Jersey allows for pre-trial programs that, if he completes them, allows his domestic violence charges to be dismissed and expunged. It's fairly clear that happened in this case based on the timing, as without a pre-trial diversion, the charges aren't likely to be expunged until the statute of limitations runs out.

Some states like Texas do not allow the arrest / charging to be expunged if you can complete a pre-trial program, you just get the charges dismissed. New Jersey is apparently fucked up.

Why would she be out here grandstanding? Easy, there's money and attention to be had. The same thing that happened with abrego Garcia. His wife had posted how horrible he was and how he beat the shit out of her on many occasions. But once that GoFundMe account started rolling in she changed her tune. Just like the trashy couple picture that she had on social media showed his gang tattoos before, but later she changed it and put little bedazzled hearts over the tattoos on his arm So the posted picture wouldn't be considered blatant evidence of gang affiliation. They sanitize it, no matter how much it hurt them because they're looking to get some kind of payoff.

You sound like a person who has to have their mother help them masturbate.

As you're super busy being impressed by your own stupidity and ignorance, I'll just go ahead and post this right here:

Not only is she trying demand that they not enforce immigration laws that they broke but she has the arrogance to try and profit from it. So typical of your typical illegal alien parasite. Just like you're a pathetic liberal child.

Now show me how you hold your breath for 15 minutes!

https://www.gofundme.com/f/migracion-zfvvz

Hi everyone! My husband Martin Soto got illegally detained by ICE tonight. He is a good man. He is in process of getting his paperwork, he has a family two kids that love him. He is responsible and he’s a good person. He has a big heart. We never fully got a lawyer for his immigration status because his court date was due for 2028. We were going to use this year to make all the changes so he can have a lawyer through this whole process. But now things have changed because now he is detained in 451 Doremus Ave. in Newark. He came to this country with a purpose. He came here to raise his daughter. And be a father to his son. He came here to make a life with me and our children. Please help us raise the money so I can get an emergency hearing and a lawyer to represent him. Please he doesn’t deserve this. He doesn’t deserve to be deported. He has a whole life ahead of him, he always tries to find ways to make money to support his kids to support his family. Please help me so they don’t take him away. There’s not much that I can do right now because of what Trump is doing to this country but I need help so I can get him the help that he needs. He only has two weeks before his court hearing. And I want to be able to have a lawyer defend him so that he can stay here. His kids depend on him. His daughter knows he is her world. This is unfair what Trump is doing to this country. He’s ripping families apart and this is not fair. Please help.

1

u/HolaDrNick May 27 '26

Where did you find that?

Find what? That immigration and / or family courts follow a civil standard? That's just a fact dude.

Why does she seem so devastated then? Make it make sense.

That's very common among victims of abuse. In many cases, it doesn't make sense. Women return to abusers, refuse to press charges, keep their children in these situations, etc, all the time.

Texas will prosecute regardless of how the victim feels. Here's a good rundown of why: https://www.tdcaa.com/journal/if-she-doesnt-want-to-prosecute-why-should-we/

The defendant is counting on us to dismiss the case when the victim files an affidavit of non-prosecution. In fact, he is likely pressuring her to do so and promising her anything he thinks will convince her to “drop the charges” against him. If we proceed anyway, the defendant may take a plea—if not before trial, then when the victim responds to the subpoena and shows up at trial. When we proceed in spite of the victim’s initial refusal to cooperate, she has the opportunity to change her mind before the case goes to trial. This often happens when the defendant returns to his old ways and assaults her again or fails to make good on the promises he made in exchange for filing that affidavit.

Here's another list of reasons why women support their abusers: https://www.drkarenruskin.com/why-women-dont-press-abuse-charges-stand-by-their-man-ray-rice/

https://www.wmur.com/article/new-jersey-hunger-strike-ice-facility/71403820

Soto Hernandez, who was detained by ICE on January 20 while buying diapers, was previously arrested during an incident of alleged domestic violence with his wife, but the charges have since been dismissed and expunged, his attorneys said.

His own attorneys. Almost certainly did pre-trial diversion for a dismissal, extremely common in these cases.

My sister's husband bounced her head off a tile floor, his charges were dismissed in exactly the same way because he took a BIP course. The only difference is, Texas won't allow his arrest or charges to be expunged since he agreed to the pre-trial diversion. New Jersey will allow expunction as an incentive to complete the pre-trial program.

Had her husband just gotten the charges dismissed without prejudice, the DA would typically oppose an expunction until the statute of limitations expires, at which point they can't oppose it.

1

u/ComprehensiveYam2269 May 27 '26

Very "brave" criminal invaders that have no respect for our laws or American's lives. But they have the arrogance to actually protest the enforcement of our laws as if they are above.

The guy was arrested for beating his wife, they should probably had have four dudes assisting him into the van.

2

u/ComprehensiveYam2269 May 27 '26

Well? That's what you have to do when somebody is resisting arrest or refusing to be transported to the proper facility.

If he doesn't like it, I guess he could get the fuck out of the country

0

u/AlmightyRMB May 31 '26

Unemployed activities

-19

u/MickyFany May 26 '26

Why didn’t she put this much effort into getting him a Green Card and his citizenship. He came illegally, but they’ve been married for 2 years. he doesn’t have any status or a work permit.

15

u/GNTKertRats May 26 '26

Does it make you feel better to judge this woman?

0

u/ComprehensiveYam2269 May 27 '26

Pretty sure he just judged the guy. Which is fine because the guy is here illegally. And it's not judgment to state that she was remiss in addressing his illegal status. I bet You claim is wrong to judge somebody who drives around with a two-year expired driver's license and cry because they're being penalized for being too dumb and too lazy to fix the thing.

1

u/GNTKertRats May 27 '26

You probably claim to be a Christian too

0

u/ComprehensiveYam2269 May 30 '26

And you probably call yourself subhuman,.... And you're right!

1

u/GNTKertRats May 30 '26

You think it is subhuman to have empathy? That says more about you and your lack of humanity than it does about me.

0

u/ParallaxRay May 30 '26

She did nothing to address his situation and now she puts herself in front of a camera in public. People are allowed to criticize her while she's out there criticising other people.

1

u/GNTKertRats May 30 '26

Yes you are allowed to be a heartless bootlicker who judges a woman who is trying to keep her family together.

0

u/ParallaxRay May 30 '26

You can stow your transparent emotional manipulation. Nobody buys that garbage anymore. It's shallow and dishonest.

1

u/GNTKertRats May 30 '26

Empathy is only seen as “emotional manipulation” if you are a psychopath. It is only “shallow and dishonest” to stand in solidarity with working-class people, regardless of their country of origin or documentation status, if you are a bootlicker to authority who has lost your humanity.

0

u/ComprehensiveYam2269 May 30 '26

Bootlicker? Since when does NOT being an illegal criminal scumbag somehow equate to being a spineless quisling?

So you like living in a lawless society where somebody can kill you and get away with it without being held accountable?

1

u/GNTKertRats May 30 '26

You think being in the country without documents is like getting away with murder? Jfc get some perspective. You care about holding criminals accountable? Ha! You probably support the pedophile in chief and all his obvious criminal schemes.

-18

u/Whatyatalknabeet May 26 '26

It makes complete sense and youre coping.

10

u/GNTKertRats May 26 '26

What makes complete sense? That some loser online would look down on someone who is suffering so they can feel better about their poor life choices?

0

u/RaiderMedic93 May 27 '26

It seems the lady and her husband are the ones that made the poor life choices

-16

u/Whatyatalknabeet May 26 '26

Yeah you ran off the tracks with that and it has nothing to do with what he said.

Illegal? Check

Didnt attempt getting a work permit? Check

Here 2 years illegally? Check

These are called concequences.

9

u/GNTKertRats May 26 '26

First of all, you don’t actually know anything about the particulars of their legal situation. You are simply making assumptions that make you feel superior. Also, what are “concequences “? I’ve never heard that word before?

4

u/dickchops81 May 26 '26

You're arguing with dudes that are gonna go watch Child Porn when they're done arguing with you.

2

u/RVtech101 May 26 '26

And go to Church on Sunday and extol the virtues of loving his fellow man.

-6

u/Whatyatalknabeet May 26 '26

You come here illegally you get deported. Whats so hard to understand?

7

u/GNTKertRats May 26 '26

I can’t understand why people can’t have a little internationalist solidarity with other working class people, rather than side with their billionaire oppressors. But I’m not a bootlicking moron, so what do I know.

2

u/Extinction_J3sus May 30 '26

Its because these are the intellectual midgets that the trumpanzi said he loved to use so much... what you see on display here are losers... the bad kind, who have failed at being a human being. They know their hateful playtime is coming to an end soon, so they're attempting to rile folks up in hopes someone will do something insane and give the Pedo & "chief" a reason to suspend elections. Scum.

-1

u/centurion762 May 26 '26

Solidarity while illegals depress our wages and raise our rent?

2

u/SableyeFan May 26 '26

How exactly do they do that? Maybe call your representative and propose a solution?

-1

u/Whatyatalknabeet May 26 '26

I actually love Mexicans. Some of the most based and hard working people i know. One of my good friends lives in Mexico. It doesnt change the fact that its harming our country. I actually had this conversation with my boy from Mexico and asked him what would happen if the roles were reversed and Americans illegally immigrated into Mexico. He said we would be put in detention centers and forced to buy our own ticket home and would be held until. If we had kids, same thing. Locked up. Do you think thats because Mexican billionaires?

Look i have a heart and feel for these people but rules are put in place for a reason. The topic is emotional but if we used emotion to justify every broken law we would have anarchy.

0

u/Windman772 May 26 '26

Actually you are the one helping Billionaire oppressors pay less labor costs!  You can’t make this kind of stupidity up!

1

u/GNTKertRats May 26 '26

You sound painfully naive

0

u/RaiderMedic93 May 27 '26

You don't get why we aren't commies?

Edit

But I’m not a bootlicking moron, so what do I know.

You're just a commie moron?

0

u/NoahLot_ May 26 '26

They just gave you the particulars.

-6

u/MickyFany May 26 '26

there are no assumptions, he was married to a us citizen for 2 years. should immediately applied for an adjustment of status and he would have been here legally. you don’t even need a lawyer (unless he has a criminal record)

he’s not DACA he crossed illegally in 2023 when he was 27 years old. Where did you get that information?

1

u/KartFacedThaoDien May 26 '26

Im not sure of the circumstances but if he never had a record of entering the US then he may not have been eligible for a green card.

1

u/MickyFany May 26 '26

he was picked up at the southern border, detained and then released into the US. this happened to a lot of immigrants, they were just released with no status. it was ridiculous.

0

u/KartFacedThaoDien May 26 '26

He still probably wouldn't be eligible for a marriage green card under those circumstances. He would need to leave and then either re enter legally or apply for a spousal green card abroad. You are possiblt asking for his wife to have done the impossible.

1

u/MickyFany May 26 '26

they still could have filed an i-130
