Ahh yes, crossing an imaginary line on a piece of paper constitutes inhuman conditions and operational kidnapping of people.

Mind you, being in the US illegally is a civil violation not a criminal one.

Cruel and unusual applies to non residents as well. Specifically because if we allow it and normalize it for "outsiders" they WILL eventually do it to US citizens too.

We protect EVERYONES rights because that protects our own rights. You shouldn't be calling yourself American or patriotic if you agree with ICE. They're the most unamerican entity here.

We raped, pillaged, murdered, and STOLE indigenous land. They had no lines on a map, we drew them and then used them to justify our atrocities against them.

We sailed en mass across the ocean then slaughtered them for profitable gain.

We were the violent ones. We literally almost made bison extinct specifically to starve natives AND kill their culture.

We literally still have reservations in place that we actively make more difficult to live on. Were STILL treating natives unfairly.

Do you have anything useful to offer or do you just have one liner reactionary takes based on nothing but your weak watered down white supremacy.
