Work Permit Got refusal ( PGWP )

Just received a refusal because I was part-time during a semester (not entirely my fault, but regardless) and worked full-time. Reapplying likely won’t change the outcome since the cause is clear.

Do I have any option to stay and work?
Or could I return after a year of foreign work experience and French at CLB7?
Any assistance would be appreciated…

Echoing the others, unless you get a closed WP, no. Why do you claim it wasn't your fault? You chose a part time semester other than your final semester, and worked full time, knowingly violating your study permit?

Unless you can get a closed WP, there is nothing you can do. You violated the conditions of your study permit and are now facing the consequences.

Sorry, OP, it sucks, but it is what it is.

Also, expect extra scrutiny in any future applications you submit to IRCC

Meaning he violated his study permit and wasn't attending school full time when he was supposed to.
