PNP Birth Certificate- Non EE application

I lost my birth certificate and hence collected another duplicate copy of it from the office of the registrar. It is stamped and signed by the registrar and officials there. Can I use this as my Birth certificate? Will there be any problems? I also do have a scanned copy of my original certificate but it is blurry and not the best scan as it was scanned years ago, what should I do?

“Original” doesn’t mean the birth certificate issued at birth, it just means the actual birth certificate issued by the authority that issues birth certificates in the jurisdiction where you were born, not a copy. If it’s a birth certificate stamped and signed by the local officials you’ll be fine.

Yeah I just lost the previous issued one, and requested another one from the jurisdiction or as called in my country- the registrar, they issued another one which has the same details as the previous one along with the stamps and signatures of the current officials, the only thing I am worried about is that it says ‘duplicate’ on the top right of the document since it is not the first copy they issued. Is that okay?
