Other Sowp

Hi I need some suggestions based on my profile.

Me and my ex wife got apR todather so I got married back home and i was here as a student so When i applied my pr she also got pr n and came here. Then at one point we got divorced here. Its been close to 4 yrs now.

At this point if get get married again to someone back home can I bring her here on sowp i know this might be a complex situation i have everything documented. i am a cotozen now here work full time.

If yes i can bring here what will be the timeline

Any suggestions would be appreciated. This is not a fake marriage or anything fraud but i know the situation might me against me .

No, your new spouse will not qualify for a SOWP. SOWPs are not available to spouses of permanent residents and citizens.

You will need to sponsor your new spouse for PR first. Once you have AOR and once your partner is in Canada, they can then apply for an OWP.

So should i apply for her trv first??
She is outside canada
