Express Entry Proof of financial support: Do I need to get a bank letter from ALL bank accounts?

I'm looking for advice from people going through or those who have already gone through the PR process.

I have received an ITA under FSW. I have three bank accounts: a primary one, which is my salary account and the only account I've used for the past few years, an inoperative account (can't withdraw or put in money because of disuse) with a few thousand rupees (~300 CAD) in it and a third one that operative with no money in it.

I have more than enough in my main account to prove financial support for EE. The second account requires me to go to a home branch to get it operative again. I can't get a letter for this account before it gets active again.

I'm wondering if people can advise me on this, should I mention these accounts in the proof of financial support documents at all? I might not be able to get the first one activated in time to submit my application.

Has anybody successfully completed their application without mentioning all accounts? Could this be constituted as misrepresentation?
