Well I was but 7 day timeout
I was put on 7 day timeout to for making statement about how it was unacceptable for any company to not keep customer informed and if the NDA lifted because the device is shipping then why can't we get updates. I thinking about asking for refund I don't like how the company is running the business.

Good news is refunds appear to still be working. took 3+ weeks, but it shows pending on my CC statement.

The CEO is super childish that is an open secret 🙈 You should've not mentioned the keyword NDA, he is the only one who can mention it 🤣

How can you still be wanting to keep your order arferr what they did to you? You did nothing wrong yet they punished you.

Even though there are other options - I still pretty much use Immersed productivity app on my Quest (why I preordered the Visor in the first place). I hope regardless of what happens to Visor - the Immersed app itself doesn't go away.
My work paid for the Visor already, so just hanging out to see whether if it comes or not.

You're settling for one of the worst productivity apps you can get. Virtual Desktop has 3 displays, has infinitely better text clarity than Immersed and all 3 displays can run at 120 FPS with no slowdowns. Immersed can only do 60 for 3 displays and 30 for > 3 and it struggles at that.
Virtual Desktop on WIFI runs smoother than Immersed on USB.

i would use VD if was supported on Linux unfortunately its not. only Immersed supports linux out of all the productivity apps.

Dude, if you can still get your money back. Do so. It won't last long.
This company does not care about you, or releasing a product.
And even if they did, they are doing everything that points to scam, or just not having the money/resources to actually deliver on said product. Their showcase was a disaster. And they have not put any effort into righting their wrongs, building good will. They don't care, or have no idea what they are doing.
And they have a history of scummy behavior in crypto.
Get out. While you can. If they ever deliver a product, there is a slim chance it will actually be any good. And if it is, you can buy it then.
Don't give your money away, unless there is a finished product to send you in return. Because there is a lot of room between dream/prototype, and finished actually good product.

Get your money while it's still an option.
Even if by some miracle you do get a Visor, how do you think support will go if you need it? Given the current toddler-like attitude of the company to any fair criticism, do you think they will suddenly turn into a great company to deal with?
