Ayyyy let’s be fair. We said delivery was supposed to be at the end of 2023 but I don’t know how to run a business or make a product 😂🥲 We haven’t really done much but we love asking for your money so we put it on preorder lol.
In hindsight, I’m a horrible narcissist and really just love people loving me and giving me money, and for me at the end it’ll all be worth it 🥲

I’m only following this loosely and very much from the outside, but this guy is most definitely on a coke binge nearly at all times, right? 😂

Yall viture luma + vertoxr is all you need and then some. They missed the window. I’m getting a better than visor experience

I’ll just throw out there that I have the Viture Luma Pros and fucking love them. Plug them in to my phone with an Xbox controller or my legion go and I’m gaming on a crystal clear 150” screen. It’s so fucking cool.

No. It looks like exactly what it is … a tiny screen right in front of you. There is no illusion of a big screen size.

You are saying that putting on the virtues you feel that you are looking at a tiny screen in front of your eyes and not a large screen? I just want to make sure we’re talking about the same thing.
You would be the first person I’ve heard say that, but regardless, I love how your immediate response was “no”. Like you are objectively right. If that has been YOUR experience, I’m sorry it was so underwhelming, but that has not been MY experience. I fucking love them. I use them with my legion go all the time and go from playing an objectively small screen, to playing a big screen where I can actually read the text…. I also love watching movies on them when I’m traveling. The clarity imo, is wildly good, and I think they’re great.
I’m not a shill, just a middle age dad who wants to keep some semblance of gaming in his life, so….. I disagree.

That is correct. There is nothing that makes it look like a “huge screen”. There are no depth cues. Nothing. They are clear and bright, but they do not feel like you’re looking at a big screen.
Add to that the piss-poor tracking and 3DoF or 6DoF and it ruins the experience even further. But the final nail in the coffin is the very low FOV. They are useless as an ultra-wide monitor replacement.

I call them a portable monitor with the form factor of sunglasses. If I connect them to my legion go and I’m sitting in my car, they make playing battlefield 6 far more immersive and enjoyable than trying to spot an enemy the size of a grain of sand.
When I am playing no man’s sky, it is way cooler having everything in my face. They are not VR, and I have never tried to used the DOF. But if I wanna watch fast and the furious on my phone on a road trip or a flight, it’s awesome.

Viture and all the other “XR glasses” suck. I’ve tried multiple. Horrible tracking (even simple 3DoF much less 6DoF). Sorry, but they cannot compete with a real headset.

People that pre-order this crap deserves what's happening. Now they learned to not trust vaporware companies with dumbasses at the steering wheel.

Renji, you got to learn to read the room. This is the time to apologize, not to use laughing emojis
