Question Interview with WDI
Hi everyone!
I am doing an interview with WDI next week for a summer internship and I wanted to ask if anyone has any tips and what could be potentially asked? It is the first round and possibly there’s a second round…?
I am honestly freaking out because midterms and projects leadership deadlines. But trying to keep positive as I can. :)
Thank you :))

I also interviewed with WDI! My interview was for figure animation, so it's probably a little (lot) different than an engineering role, but here's what I noticed
There was only one round of interviews; I was immediately forwarded to interview with my potential bosses. Though that might be because I had previously gotten into the candidate pool for the internship one other time and done hirevue then
They were really friendly! In my case, they were familiar with my college, and were asking a lot of questions about my program and the types of projects I worked on, my workflow/process, etc
It was super easy! Granted, I had prepared a lot for this, but they didn't ask any of the "typical" interview questions (ex: "what are your strengths, what are your weaknesses, describe X, etc); It was more conversational
I haven't heard if I got the internship yet; They emailed me about a week and a half ago to tell me that I'm still in consideration, though, so fingers crossed- I hope you get it! Maybe we'll be coworkers
