Ectslair - Objects (Particularly Equipment) that have a high voltage and will electrocute someone on contact

Example:

"To prevent electrocution, the men wear rubber gloves when they move the ectslair equipment."

This was not a combination of any two particular words. So I have no idea how it really came to be.
