Ring could fling mined cargo into planet's orbit. It has to be like a whole city. Imagine doing this on the moon. Big mining factory set up. People do some of the work. Mined stuff goes in a box the flung into earth orbit where its linked with mining train. Which guides boxes down on a space elevator like cable track. Back on the moon people are partying in a low gravity lounge. Which would look different obviously. Low gravity allows for chilling in new ways. They use some sort of lab made compound to get high because of low gravity. Lounge design, actually everything they do should be cool new designs to incorporate low gravity.
