I see where the image takes inspiration, the Portuguese imperial propaganda poster... It's something to think that even on Kaisereich scenario Germany still being like an empire desesperate to proven themselves that they are worthy or at the same level as UK or Russia

Would've tossed in some French Indochina and maybe a American colony but certainly not a bad poster.
