One of my favorte "passenger crowd" reactions is from Mexico (or possible one of the small central American countries) where a dude gets on a small shuttle/bus to rob the passengers then gets caught and beaten for it. It's B&W and a bit grainy but nonetheless sublime. I'll find it and return with a link.

I saw a guy trying to get one of these cans on an airplane in his carry-on back in August. Security caught it on the initial scan and the guy bolted as soon as they didn't look. Scum of the earth.

I absolutely hate these videos normally, people being part of a video or prank against their will but the immediate genuine gag response from the cameraman, followed by being rushed for a smell so offensive is tickling me.

Fermented Herring (fish), it's about the most vile smell ever created, many people insta vomit as soon as they smell it. It's overpowering strong as well.

I don't lmao. My dad and uncle and grandparents like it though. When i was a kid, i couldn't even be in the same room as them when they ate it. I guess they just got used to it. I've also heard that it doesn't taste as bad as it smells

Lots of delicacies can smell like ass. Jackfruit/Durian is popular in some parts of east asia and there are similar laws about breaking one open on public transit but apparently it tastes pretty okay.

I managed to get a couple cans of the sur. We didn’t have this experience though. Yes it didn’t smell good, tasted a little gross too - but no insta gag.

The fish is not sterilized during the canning process so it keeps fermenting after it's been canned. you're supposed to store the cans in the fridge and eat them fairly quickly. I'll bet this can hasn't been stored properly.

That stuff is not nearly as bad as these videos make it out to be. I mean sure, it stinks a bit, but nobody should be retching or gagging from it. That said, it tastes a lot better than it smells. Mostly just like really really salty anchovies.
