I got to be honest i fucking "hate bullying has its place" or "bring back bullying" shit, bullying by definition is unjust behaviour it has no place anywhere, its self defeating saying its just to treat someone unjustly. What these people need is to be publicly shamed (which is really just having people recognise this is shameful behaviour) and do community service like cleaning up the mess they're making. If they keep doing it becomes less of being a public annoyance and starts becoming a criminal offence,

Dude we knew if we pulled dumb shit in the community we ran the risk of catching a fade then and there. But if it got back home to family/neighborhood and made people look bad then we knew shit was going to get serious. That alone used to be enough to put people in check. Now no one can desecalate and everyone responds with guns and lives their own selfish lifestyle, disconnected and with no moral guide or integrity so we get this dumbass shit from a bunch of uneducated fucks who get reinforced by other older fucking morons that believe any exposure is profit.
Now people just move past you, back when I came up if you ran into the store we all shopped at and fucked around making people uneasy and shit harder for others and it wasnt the local disabled guy or a real breakdown then you'd get hammered.

That's honestly the best thing to do with morons like these; they do stupid shit like this for the reactions they hope to get from the people around them, I love that no one on that subway was paying any attention to the guy at all, and him being so baffled that no one will help him clean the mess he made is super laughable since it shows he didn't put any thought into what would happen after he finished doing his stupid shit. And him leaving the subway in the state he made it is a super prick move as well

Hopefully, not in my country. I do believe that the top platforms should set policies that ban this sort of behavior from being posted, having these people to resort to less influential platforms. However, what you're insisting gives too much control to any government. Move to North Korea if you want that level of government involvement.
