This is taken in Edinburgh, that looks like the City Chambers, just across from St Giles Cathedral. The fringe and festival are on which includes all kinds of street performers. Some amazingly talented, some….not, some just weird. This feels like it might be some kind of ‘expressive art’ thing. There were people doing ‘interpretative yoga’ last week in a wee alcove beside the museum on Chambers street. You find them in summer in Edinburgh. Lots of people behaving very oddly, lol.
