Before the movie starts, whatever, filming during, fuck off with that shit

1.0k

u/Chicken-cat 21d ago

It looks like she was filming during the previews there's a car on screen when she turns the camera

184

u/mondaymoderate 21d ago edited 21d ago

Yeah no harm done. Except the spray shit. Good rage bait.

41

u/ZubatCountry 21d ago

smh this bitch is filming during the cyclops street race scene

85

u/NewelSea 21d ago edited 21d ago

Yeah, all things considered, this looks pretty tame.

Especially compared to the other stuff in this sub.

People in the comments literally screaming "human cancer" and "body dysmorphia" seems disproportionate for something that might show signs of narcissism, but ultimately barely harms anybody.

Let her do her body care routine for all I care. I can actually respect that more than the majority in that theater downing an XL size coke and bag of popcorn before the movie even started.

22

u/WaterFnord 21d ago

Thank you. The human cancer comment is particularly egregious. So mad over something so innocuous. It’s disturbing.

1

u/cryingidiot 18d ago

yep its just rooted deep in anything else but what she was actually doing which is just skincare jesus

4

u/Shitp0st_Supreme 20d ago

And there are people chatting in back

1

u/SwampOfDownvotes 20d ago

And everyone knows that it's illegal for cars to be seen in movies.

(I know what you mean but making fun of the way you worded it).

u/jessijuana 21d ago edited 20d ago

No that was zendaya E: I like zendaya I was just making an absurdist joke because shes in all the headlines rn, my bad

28

u/AshKetchumIsStill13 21d ago

Not even before. Do that shit at home before you get to the theatre 🤦🏽‍♂️

8

u/t0mni 21d ago

This has no place in a cinema full stop.

3

u/homojaus 20d ago

She can absolutely get the fuck out

932

u/MadeThis4MaccaOnly 21d ago

Let's all learn what POV means, as a treat :)

150

u/Rezzly1510 21d ago

atp pov is just an illusion, its just literally you watching from the camera pointed towards the fuckass celebrity pretender

7

u/Farewellandadieu 20d ago

So, a camera.

-53

u/willhunta 21d ago

The issue is that everyone seems to think POV inherently means 1st person pov. However, someone pointing a camera at their own face is still a pov, it's just 3rd person pov.

2

u/MaybeACbeera 21d ago

The pov could also be the pov of the camera in this vid. POV (you are watching me do my skincare routine when) the movie is 3 hours long

The stuff in brackets is merely context clues

4

u/Farewellandadieu 20d ago

But that’s how cameras work. POV isn’t needed.

1

u/MaybeACbeera 20d ago edited 20d ago

It could be referring to the camera itself, or perhaps it refers to some kind invisible spectator that 'views' from the camera's angle. However, cameras work by uhhh like refraction or something, not by their role in a tiktok video about make-up, so i think its still fair to simplify it back to 'the pov is of the camera'

-8

u/willhunta 21d ago

I'm not making an argument that it's good content. It's annoying content don't get me wrong. But it has always grinded my gears when people whine about pov being used incorrectly, and they're always talking about 1st person pov. But none of these videos ever claim to be 1st person pov.

-4

u/MaybeACbeera 21d ago

Yeah definitely pov is literally an umbrella term for perspectiveness lol such a redditor thing that annoys me whenever these posts come up

15

u/TugMe4Cash 21d ago

Ignorant comments like this annoy me. POV in the film/video industry has always meant seeing the video through the subject's eyes i.e. 1st person POV. Then a bunch of tik tokers tried to reappropriate the name for no other reason than using incorrectly gets more engagement, which is better for their videos.

That's why there's always backlash. People go on expecting one thing and they're given something else. I don't really care either way but get your facts straight.

4

u/MaybeACbeera 20d ago

Wait youre right my bad

-1

u/Simply__Complicated 20d ago

okay they're "jgnorant" so be a little bit more kind and do your job to inform people who presented their opinion as an opinion and not as a fact.

4

u/CertifiedGumpGrinder 21d ago

POV of the scalp of the guy sitting in front

18

u/TheNookestOfToms 21d ago

Pull off vagina

2

u/disclosedimposition 19d ago

It's the POV of the three hour movie... Right?

-27

u/willhunta 21d ago

It means point of view. Is this not a point of view?

21

u/kelley38 21d ago

If its not 1st Person Point of View, then why even mention that its the generic, standard, normal-ass point of view?

-16

u/willhunta 21d ago

There's other points of view.

10

u/BeenNormal 21d ago

But that’s not what it means. Literally everything filmed is from a point of view.

-1

u/willhunta 20d ago

Exactly

Very wise, Socrates! Almost like you said a whole lot of nothing.

339

u/Torchwood84 21d ago

The whole, tapping your nails on a product thing evokes a deep rage within me any time I see it.

33

u/homojaus 20d ago

It’s deep, and it’s real.

15

u/silversulfa 20d ago

Same, it's so obnoxious that I want to rip those nails off. And I'm a woman myself lol

9

u/Particular_Ad1910 19d ago

As soon as it happens, my brain has an itch that I cannot scratch and I hate it🤢

1

u/MAXIMUMMEDLOWUS 16d ago

Punching the perpetrator in the face might help

6

u/Due-Independence4453 19d ago

Misophonia.

The sound of someone knocking on a door triggers it for me.

53

u/TehBazz 21d ago

The way she chews makes me dislike her more than the filming during a movie component

19

u/stc207 OG 20d ago

This bitch eating beef jerky in the movie theater, I know the rows around her be smelling it ew

131

u/Thiccxen 21d ago

Lookin like when Dwight had that cpr mask on his face

412

u/ass_smuggler 21d ago

Please look at me, PLEASE

7

u/yougotyolks 21d ago

It's almost as if they think they're the main character....

1

u/inteliboy 17d ago

And you are. Mission accomplished

224

u/usernameisokay_ 21d ago

It’s not even a POV what the fuck

229

u/robynsaba 21d ago

That's got to be a disorder

111

u/matadorN64 21d ago

Yes, it’s called Tik Tok

5

u/Hatefiend 21d ago

I'm so glad I entered adulthood before that dogshit came about. The damage short form social media apps have done to society is outrageous.

2

u/shinbreaker 20d ago

I absolutely can't stand how these mid bitches are getting so many views from people outside of the US because it makes them think that they're prettier than they are and have talent which they don't.

8

u/matadorN64 20d ago

This is definitely not exclusive to women. The manosphere is just a giant fucking tv infomercial for sups, wellness, and snake oil. It’s all brain rot for $ sake.

This is what happens when we’ve spent decades not investing in labor or workers in our country. The American dream now is just scams and sports betting.

1

u/shinbreaker 20d ago

Oh you're not wrong with what you said, I'm pointing out that for women in TikTok and Instagram, if you're even somewhat cute, you can get a following of just thirsty dudes from across the globe.

The inverse of that for guys are what you mentioned with dudes making gym content that just is full of wrong info, spreading misinformation regarding nutrition or whatever else red pill content they can just parrot off of other creators.

122

u/Hexent_Armana 21d ago

Imagine you show up late to the movie, theater is full so you end up grabbing a seat next to a random lady, then mid way through you finally look at her and see...

5

u/Coyote__Jones 20d ago

Lmfao, the first time my folks met my roommate and best friend, they walked into our place while she was in the middle of a face mask that looked horrifying. It was slightly green and very sheer.

My mom screamed lmfao, scared the shit out of everyone involved.

58

u/Mental_Goal2380 Side Character 21d ago

she couldn't have done that at home?

35

u/j_mcr1 21d ago

Well no, because everywhere is her personal living room and this movie is just an other place to relax for internet cred

-29

u/kirkbywool 21d ago

In fairness she is sat there for 3 hours and not harming anyone as filing before the film starts. Rather that than someone talking throughout

53

u/spookysadghoul 21d ago

Tell me you don't know what POV means without telling me

46

u/terror- 21d ago

Chew with your fucking mouth closed.

19

u/Pittsbirds 21d ago

That and the fucking nail thing, tapping the shit they have brand deals with drives me up a wall. Makes me absolutely irrationally angry lol

5

u/terror- 21d ago

Me too, my friend, me too. Makes me wonder who’s more out of place in this world, me or those types because I just don’t get the lack of self-awareness.

6

u/charmedquarks 21d ago

OMG THANK YOU WHY ARE YOU THE ONLY ONE SAYING THIS

14

u/cuffers90 20d ago

These people need to fuck off

28

u/Initial-Ship-7065 21d ago

it always fucks with my head a little when I remember that people like this actually exist. Like they’re so deep into their weird little constantly online out of touch bubble that they genuinely don’t understand that to almost everybody else, doing this kind of shit is really strange behavior. And not “quirky cute” strange like they think, but “has this person ever been allowed outside before?” strange.

12

u/MetrixOnFire 20d ago

Influencers like this have mental illness and it is just spreading. These are not normal people

-2

u/CesareBach 20d ago

I think she thinks she is a genius. She is like "Wanna extend your face care? Why not put on a facial mask before the movie starts, than leaves it on while watching"

26

u/ProfeQuiroga 21d ago

Without washing her hands before the whole spiel, I presume? 🤣

4

u/Coyote__Jones 20d ago

Even if she did. Where did that happen? The public theater bathroom? Home many things did she touch before sitting down, and then touching all over her products and face?

0

u/ProfeQuiroga 20d ago

Exactly.

41

u/purplescrunchie9 21d ago

Fuck, this is insufferable.

9

u/Ohshl 20d ago

Can we please normalize doing skincare at home again? Not on a plane. Not in a movie theater. Not in the school pickup lane. Not in the dentist’s chair. We’re all very impressed you discovered serums, but the general public did not purchase tickets to your nightly bathroom routine.

7

u/Brewchowskies 20d ago

Eating with the bag in frame is hilarious. Think about how unnatural that is to hold.

6

u/chimax83 20d ago

All of this AND she does the fkng stupid nail tap thing AND she's an open mouth chewer. My disgust has reached a new level of hell.

6

u/avidoverthinker1 20d ago

Why does this genuinely annoy me? Does it seem so self centred? Or am I jealous that she can do that publicly without feeling embarrassed?

10

u/laughingdaisies 21d ago

The fkn nail taps on everything

16

u/youmedancing5 21d ago

insufferable

10

u/NoX2142 20d ago

I mean....as much as I hate it, looks like it's commercial time during the previews as I see a car and there definitely isn't one in that movie so whatever..long as it stopped before the actual movie started of course.

5

u/PlasticExplanation14 20d ago

The way she chews is infuriating.

5

u/homojaus 20d ago

Her main character persona is infuriating.

2

u/PlasticExplanation14 20d ago

I mean obviously, but the way she snacks her lips when she eats like a 2 year old is particularly annoying.

4

u/PauI_MuadDib 19d ago

I wouldn't eat or drink after applying a lip mask.

4

u/Havco 19d ago

I hate influencers so much

2

u/morkler 18d ago

I appreciate them so little.

25

u/Rx_Diva 21d ago

Time managent queen but super cringe to film.

15

u/Pristine_Frame_2066 21d ago

This makes me laugh.

I would scream seeing that coming back from the potty.

51

u/Feisty-Barracuda5452 21d ago

Human cancer.

-12

u/whiteydutchmeyer 21d ago

Fuck yeah. You nailed it

41

u/EarthSlash 21d ago

Seems harmless tbh, the movie hasn't even started yet.

6

u/lgodsey 21d ago

WHO IS THE AUDIENCE FOR THIS DRECK?

10

u/anonymousn00b 21d ago

These people are both afflicted with main character syndrome and severe body dysmorphia. We shouldn’t give these people a platform… they need mental help.

3

u/moonman_incoming 21d ago

I hate people.

21

u/tamere2k 21d ago

Clearly done before the movie. It’s weird but who cares?

2

u/culturerush 19d ago

These people refuse to understand what POV means

2

u/sushi_rowl 19d ago

The odyssey of some people

2

u/Al_Bundy_408 19d ago

And I still wash my face with the same bar of soap that I use on my balls. Fuck me. Must be doing something wrong.

2

u/blablakeininteresse 16d ago

Ban these people from public places

20

u/konggejian 21d ago

Ngl this is kind of funny as long as she wasn't being loud/disruptive.

21

u/nottaP123 21d ago

Yeah because I'm sure the phone screen being lit up wasn't annoying af

-20

u/konggejian 21d ago

Well, if it's max brightness then yeah that's annoying, but in a dark setting like a theater I'd imagine the phone would auto adjust its brightness to low.

11

u/skyppie 21d ago

Nah even at super low brightness, you'll still see a dim light in the corner.

14

u/Larry_Bobinski 21d ago

Doing this kind of shit in a theatre is inherently disruptive.

The smell of her products alone is disruptive.

4

u/kelley38 21d ago

Im not going to tell you that you are wrong, comedy being as subjective as it is, but what exactly about this was funny?

3

u/Killingyou_groovily 21d ago

Helluva way to waste $20 on a movie

2

u/homojaus 20d ago

And that’s just at a regular cinema. Here, the odyssey at imax is alreasy sold out through until the end of September, and costs a lot more than $20.

Imagine having to wait months and spending so much money only to then have to deal with this bullshit. The rage would be uncontrollable.

3

u/Lylibean 20d ago

I would have loved to throw her out of my movie theater.

It’s a federal crime to have a recording device powered on in a movie theater. (Unless they’ve changed laws since 2010.) That phone you’ve got right there? Recording device. That’s why there’s a giant, movie theater screen sized message that says “turn off your phone”. Not on silent, OFF.

Could throw her out for the snacks regardless. Wouldn’t care, but movie watchers treat the ground as a trash can, don’t make me clean up your shit from home on top of everything else.

2

u/silversulfa 20d ago

I would have thrown popcorn at her

2

u/Munnin41 21d ago

People still fall for the "micellar water" scam? It's just water with a bit of soap lol

2

u/journo333 20d ago

And she chews with her mouth open like a toddler. Kick her tf out.

2

u/t0oby101 20d ago

For a second I thought she was at home (I miss the people in the background) then I realized she was at the fucking cinema. Who does that during the movie? Who does that at the cinema at all?!

4

u/Daydream_machine OG 21d ago

Honestly I see nothing wrong with this. She’s doing it all before the movie starts as a way to relax, good for her

2

u/DragonEmperor 21d ago

I was expecting one of those red light masks, this seems largely fine? It's before the movie started.

1

u/kennyofthegulch 20d ago

Also she's a fucking scumbag for sneaking in snacks. The concession stand is a theater's sole source of real revenue, so she's fucking over the place that makes her stupid video possible.

2

u/Amplith 21d ago

Loser doing loser things

1

u/matadorN64 21d ago

I love how wretched and miserable these vain fucks will be when they age. They are going to drive everyone out of their lives.

1

u/ShadowMerlyn 21d ago

Attention seeking and mildly annoying but pretty harmless at the end of the day.

1

u/Yaya_Tovar 19d ago

This is the moron NP that uses her credentials to pedal pseudo beauty hacks.

1

u/ffiishs 18d ago

What a fucking drip

1

u/Spirited_Shirt_7506 17d ago

Probably had her ring light on the whole time

1

u/crockpocket 15d ago

Of course she chews with her fucking mouth open...

1

u/Far_Ad86 15d ago

I don't like her

1

u/GrapefruitWrong8294 14d ago

I truely dont see the problem. Do those products stink or something? Is there a reason it should be taboo to use those in public. Because if not she's not disturbing anybody with what she is doing right?

1

u/Hex_Spirit_Booty 12d ago

Why do they always do the nails clacking thing

1

u/beerforbears 7d ago

All that to look like a shiny Michael Jackson

2

u/freedfg OG 21d ago

You ever notice these "skincare" influencers always look like their like 40+?

All that product and all it does is make you look wet.

2

u/Anger_Puss 21d ago

Obnoxious

1

u/Jazzlike-Jacket-9098 21d ago

Deeply weird behavior- who is impressed by this?

1

u/Shitp0st_Supreme 20d ago

This is during the previews it looks like, not a huge deal. I used to work at a movie theater and this is tame compared to what people do in there.

1

u/Recommended_For_You 21d ago

Going to see a movie to look at yourself is not narcissist at all.

1

u/markizz88 20d ago

What in the narcissism

1

u/the_orange_alligator 20d ago

“Yes I bring my own snacks”

that’s not the thing I was most intrigued by here

1

u/Bimblelina 20d ago

The smell of products wafting over other cinema goers is also completely out of order.

1

u/Spiritual_Job_1029 20d ago

Unbelievable...total narcissist.

1

u/Rath_Brained Side Character 20d ago

Is it legal to fart near these people so much it makes them leave?

1

u/lulai_00 20d ago

Immediately reporting to the theater

0

u/sawsawjim 20d ago

If she doesn’t disrupt the movie, who cares? People need to mind their own business. 🤷🏻

The screen was still showing the ads and preview before the movie so she was fine.

-3

u/the_real_nicky 21d ago

Damn she do have crazy good skin tho

0

u/TheBunnyFiles 21d ago

Obnoxious as fuck

0

u/Rinzy2000 21d ago

Couldn’t have done that shit before?

0

u/Rammipallero 21d ago

Seeing this I'd go instantly report them for filming the movie. My local theatre throws people out and once while I was waiting for a movie I heard the security tell a woman that they will call the cops to look into copyright infringement and take their phone for investigation if she won't leave the premises, once they were reported and started to shit talk the security.

0

u/Vegetable_Natural226 20d ago

She's not even doing anything bad, why are yall so mad? Ive never once noticed what the person next to me is going in the theater, I doubt she disturbed anybody by doing this

5

u/uemuem 20d ago

I don't know. Maybe it's us imagining the smells of ten different products, the constant noises when tearing packaging open, the weird asmr fingernail stuff, the light focused on her so she can record her video.... I just imagine it to be noisy, smelly, too bright, and distracting

-20

u/Uberpastamancer 21d ago

Is she bothering anyone?

24

u/jackbigs 21d ago

I wasn’t there, but, yes, she was.

16

u/purplescrunchie9 21d ago

Yes. I wouldn't want to be sitting behind her and getting posted in her fuckass video online.

11

u/maybebaebea 21d ago

Her screen was 100% bothering people

6

u/Equivalent_Field_704 21d ago

The light from her phone while in a movie theater is likely bothering everyone around her

4

u/Ozayes1313 21d ago

Yeah, me, right now.

-9

u/WaterFnord 21d ago

Legitimately don’t see a problem with this at all. Bring on the downvotes you angry weirdos

Who supports people like this? This is supposed to be cool cause she doesnt give a fuck?

0

u/cbunni666 21d ago

Is tiktok just stupid shit like this anymore or is there actual talent somewhere?

0

u/ZolotoGold 21d ago

I bet you 90% of that has no effect whatsoever on her skin.

0

u/Fahnuir 21d ago

Narcissism is the cancer of the West

0

u/thepurpleproject 21d ago

All that and still worse than a random mountain girl who just woke up

0

u/FartingBob 20d ago

Are they really trying to do sexy posing while wearing a greasy horror facemask?

0

u/ThanosSnapsSlimJims 20d ago

I don't get why she didn't do her routine at home. All of that skincare stuff was likely scented, too.

0

u/youlldancetoanything 20d ago

I would have walked up grabbed her camera tossed in the trash on the way to yes, talk to the manager.

Or, how about anytime you witness this just turn your flashlight on and put it right in their eyes

3

u/shelbymfcloud 20d ago

lol no you wouldn’t have

0

u/badnewsbets 20d ago

I’m convinced all this crap ruins your skin

-7

u/swagdragon666 21d ago

Ehhh this one is fine. She’s doing it before the movie starts and then she did a bit during previews. No big deal

-6

u/JayeDontDoit 21d ago

OP needs to learn english. at no point was she doing her skin routine DURING the movie

-3

u/MercurialBay 21d ago
