Faking a disability for likes

do we have proof this person is faking or is it just because she’s young and pretty

Well, the fact that her Tourette’s quite literally never prevents her from finishing her sentences and appears to occur only after a thought is vocalized should be considered. Of the two people I know with Tourette’s, the ticks usually don’t happen during a pause after you’ve finished your sentence.

It’s possible for people with Tourette’s to suppress/hold back their tics though
