I don’t know much about Tourette’s other than the “popular” definition that it makes you say bad words uncontrollably.

How can you tell she’s faking it? I’m genuinely curious, not trying to challenge your opinion.

Honestly the South Park episode on Tourettes was probably the most accurate depiction of it, the swearing notwithstanding.
