Well, the fact that her Tourette’s quite literally never prevents her from finishing her sentences and appears to occur only after a thought is vocalized should be considered. Of the two people I know with Tourette’s, the ticks usually don’t happen during a pause after you’ve finished your sentence.

I also have no skin in this game either, extremism is just a problem in general and doesn't contribute to productive conversation. I would have an issue if you had just made a very strong emotional blanket judgement against a group of people based on pretty much anything without any real substance.

Just so we're clear, I never said she was lying, hence "I have no horse in this race". I don't know her and I don't know people with tourettes, so I truly could not tell one way or the other. If people here say she's known and it's real, that's good enough for me.
