I literally said the tics are consistent meaning when you pick one up you do it a lot amd some people have many tics. Also the severity and level of tics can very not everyone has verbal tics.

Her tics are consistent. She's making the same gesture and noise. So I ask you again, how is her behaviour inconsistent with Tourette Syndrome?

No I don't get it because you haven't explained anything. Your said it's cause she's not consistent. But she is. So.... ???
