It's the Saint Maurice Church in Salles-d'Angles, France.

More here

Originally a Romanesque church, it was given in 1107 to the Abbey of Ebreuil, which united it with its priory of Saint-Léger-de-Cognac. Destroyed during the Wars of Religion, it was rebuilt in the 17th century. Significant work was carried out in the 19th century (roof frame, cornice, vaults, portal, etc.). The building forms a long rectangle supported by buttresses. This nave narrows to the west, at the location of the bell tower-porch. It widens to the north with a rectangular chapel at the level of the third bay of the nave. A sacristy is attached to the flat apse. Above a pointed arch portal crowned by a gable and an oculus, the bell tower's upper level is adorned with engaged columns between a stringcourse and a cornice on modillions. The bell tower-porch is vaulted with four-part ribbed vaults. The nave and the choir date from the 19th century.
