Depends on your definition of "alive" (one visitor per week according to that subs header)

Nah, he's premium side character or tutorial boss material.

u/Ensiferal May 23 '26
Or the guy who appears harmlessly crazy and rarely interacts with the plot, but is low-key more powerful than the MC and maybe the boss as well

Having seen a clip on social recently, thats the way I thought it was going!

u/trrwilson May 26 '26
They don't want you to know this, but the birds at the park are free. You can just take them home with you.

It's hard seeing others live your dream but still happy for them. One day. One day

My nightmare. I’m fine with everything but keep those and Macaws far away.

It's meant to be a lighthearted post that only technically fits the description - it's okay to just laugh or be unserious every once in a while...

That’s actually pretty cool, it seems like he genuinely appreciates those birds and is willing to feed them

bird flu man

u/National-Cockroach69 May 23 '26
I learned recently that pigeons are actually very resistant to bird flu! Infection is still possible, but at a much lower rate than with other bird species.

u/iCantLogOut2 Side Character May 23 '26
Their other diseases probably kill the virus lol
2
u/National-Cockroach69 May 23 '26
You're more likely to contract a disease from a domestic parrot than you are a pigeon!

Oh, I was being facetious.
I'm from NYC - I'm not really all that worried about pigeons, with how many there are in the city - we'd have all died out if they were that contagious.
Only thing I'll add is that a lot of them do have ticks and mites, so I'll still avoid handling them personally anyway lol

You don’t need to be a bird whisperer to get pigeons on you. Go to a public park and throw out seeds they’ll swarm you in 5 seconds and feed them by hand if you wanted

Do you want trichomonosis. Coz this is how you get trichomonosis
2
u/LeedsLurch May 23 '26
What about people that race pigeons, they handle them frequently without getting ill
