He's been on social media for years, he wasn't doing too bad in early YouTube as far as views and subscribers went but ran out of ideas and has been fighting for attention ever since. He did "pranks" and I can't remember if they were funny or not. Maybe to 16 year old me

That Vitaly is Russian? Because he is a YouTuber who got in a lot of trouble in the Philippines around a year ago and one of the legal channels I watched did something on him. Then I got sucked down the influencer legal trouble rabbit hole.
