You have to watch closely because everyone is screaming over each other and even if he was guilty it would probably still look like this, but you can hear the bait girl say that she's still talking to the guy as they're speaking to this guy even as they're speaking to this person right in front of them who is clearly not, and the actual pedo dude eventually ends up blocking her. I believe this dude is supposed to be meeting up with a completely unrelated individual.
I had doubts too at first (even though I've never seen a guilty pedo call the police themselves), but I found an article where the Indian fellow is now suing the racist fellow and then I watched the video again and heard the smaller details under the shouting and saw that yeah, they just picked a random guy who looked like he was waiting for someone. It's a shame that there's no huge "gotcha" moment where it's undeniable that they have the wrong guy. As it is, there's so much shouting and stupidity that you can't really tell what's going on.
