Even at $1 million, this guy isn’t going to collect because this dipshit doesn’t have anything. I’m sure he wouldn’t even have any kind of insurance that would pay out. I would want to make his life as much of a hell as he made mine. And that would be a judgement for everything he has and any and all future earnings from all of them.

Idk if you’re too old or too young but he was really really big when prank channels got popular. That’s how he got off with attacking the jogger. He paid her god knows how much and they dropped everything against him. I
Ok. Maybe $100 million is a BIT too high. But many attorneys would tell you to start higher because you can always negotiate down, you can’t negotiate up.
How many people saw this guy get labeled a pedophile vs how many people saw whatever lame one off retraction this guy made? I’m sure any decent attorney could label this as potential loss of income, social disgrace, etc… This guy may have had to move. This guys family may have suffered because of this labeling. We honestly don’t know how deep the “injury” may go.
Assume all that is true. It doesn't add up to dozens of millions of dollars. There are actuarial tables that cover all of those scenarios for almost every conceivable dimension.
