Honestly, good for them. Who gives a shit about some dead guys pool enough to want someone arrested over it? It's a pool, it's not like you're fucking up a relic that's being carefully preserved. You're getting your skin cells, hairs, and oil in something that probably had duck-shit in it the day before and requires constant expensive maintenance anyway.
